Pros +
- I liked how the property was on a hill but it definitely came with a catch, the motor-taxi ride will really make you hold on for your life. Location is a few minutes away from the Uluwatu strip so it's definitely not walking friendly. What I loved about this place was their Nasi Goreng, really really good and I would say the best I had during my Bali stay.
- It’s near to the beaches. Rooms are spacious.
- Pool are was ok
Cons -
- Rooms are outdated as against photos posted here. Perhaps they used to look like that when it was new but with wear and tear, I'm not surprised they look a bit dated. Curtains were faulty and not all built-in hooks are working anymore. Air-conditioning was pleasant but not as cold as you want it to be after a day out at the beach. Toilet and bath was cleaner than expected so that's a plus but doors are a bit difficult to close. Mold was not present, like what the other reviews mentioned, they more water stains than mold is what I would say. I thought I had booked an all-female dorm but to my surprise, it was a mixed dorm. After a long motor-taxi ride from Canggu to Uluwatu, I ended up not minding it at all but a heads up at the reception would have been appreciated.
- Not too well maintained.
- Felt dirty and very humid inside the room

Nice place with a beautiful view and pool.
The bathrooms could be more clean
Amazing pool and great views overlooking Uluwatu and the ocean! Room and bed comfortable
The pool is pretty and the rooms are nice and pretty.
We had to turn on the sink tap to have warm water in the shower. It was very loud and splashed everywhere, when we told staff they just told us to run the tap. We also had to personally request for housekeeping to come and they only came 2/5 days. It is RIGHT beside the main road so it is very noisy anytime you are outside. For the price, we were underwhelmed (even with discount) I would stay somewhere else.
Beautiful infinity pool and view of the ocean. Conveniently located on the top of the hill, quick scooter ride or walk to tons of restaurants and facilities. Appreciated the curtain for each bed in the dorms and the large shared bathroom with private toilets and shower rooms. The staff are also so kind and helpful!
The property could be a little better maintained. There’s mold inside the showers, and some of the clips for the curtains on the beds are broken/missing.
Pool, beautiful view, dorm was super quiet so great to have a good sleep
Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, pool is just beside the super noisy road, not social at all
Very little.
I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable. Most importantly, the photos online are extremely outdated and misleading. While the property shows some basic resemblance, in reality, it is very tacky, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The entire place was dirty. Bins were overflowing, walls were stained, and the reception area was filthy—and worse, 9 times out of 10 there was no one there. You had to ring a bell repeatedly just to get someone’s attention. The service area was always left open, giving an unpleasant view of refuse, used bedding, and other back-of-house mess. Very unprofessional. Our room was never serviced during the stay. It smelled wet and damp, and the air conditioning unit was constantly dripping. The towels smelled unpleasant, and when I asked for fresh ones, I was told there were no replacements available. Only after insisting was I given two mismatched, tattered pool towels that looked like they had been repurposed from something else entirely.Service was consistently poor. I asked the receptionist to arrange a scooter for 8 a.m. the next day. Come morning, nothing had been arranged—apparently not communicated after the shift change. Breakfast was never served on time, often arriving 20–25 minutes late despite scheduling it in advance. All in all, it was a terrible experience. Between the false advertising, lack of hygiene, poor service, and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.
Good location and very nice place. The pool was very good and clean. Good value for money.
I would improve the breakfast as the one thay gave us was a bit poor, but considering the final cost of our stay that was fine.
The view was really great, especially from the swimming pool. The location was great, not in the center of Uluwatu, but still central.
There was no kitchen where I could cook, and the beer and water were a bit expensive, with no supermarket nearby.
Bed sheets were clammy and given a rough blanket to sleep with. Bugs crawling on the wall next to the pillow (see images attached) Bugs in the room. Dirty bathrooms. The rooms stank of damp. There was mould everywhere all up the walls and near the beds. Was meant to stay 3 nights here and ended up cancelling my booking and only staying one just because I couldn’t find anywhere else. Would have booked somewhere else if I could have. Weirdly the view is so beautiful and the pool area is so nice so really sad I had to leave here due to the conditions of the room.
We came to the hotel, and the first night there was no hot water, and no idea when it will be fixed. The room wasn’t very clean. There was quite a lot of damp on the ceiling in the bathroom, and near the AC. The pool was a nice touch, probably the best part of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming though. The location was ok, as it was close to all sorts of attractions, but it was so loud outside you couldn’t really sleep well, which isn’t the hotels fault but makes the stay a lot more unpleasant. We unfortunatley left after the first night.
the clerks r all friendly and kind and made me felt welcome. but the bed there made me had allergic reactions all over my body. i thought maybe it’s my problem, but my roommate got it too. so i think the bed sheet might not be really clean.
Big comfy bed, great view from the pool area, working electric outlet at bedside.
Crazy loud road traffic noise, literally not one quiet place to make a phone call. Hotel situated directly on major busy road with no sound barriers.
For someone who’s searching a quiet Dom, go for it! Watching sunset in the infinity pool 100%
It’s close to the street, you need a scooter but no noises while sleeping and for sunset I could I ignore it. For solo travel definitely a yes ? For couples, as privat room a don’t. If you’re able, bring your own pillow ‘cause like most accommodation moldy. But sheets and everything clean.
Superb
The power was off for one whole day. Both light, water and electricity
The pool and sunset is really nice and rooms are really comfortable! Location was great, 10 min scooter to bars/beaches but no walking distance restaurants nearby.
Next to a busy and loud road but was still quiet in the room but loud by the pool/reception. Place could be a little bit cleaner but at least was not mouldy
Nice pool, great location and friendly staff :) the included breakfast is good and healthy!
I started in the dorm but I had to switch to a private room because there was no WiFi or connection for 4g at all from the room. The bed had stains on it and the bathrooms were disgusting. No windows so super stuffy and very dirty. I switched to a private room because I needed wifi and it was a lot nicer, but also way more expensive. The road outside is super loud so not possible to sit in the reception/pool area to work remotely. Also a lot of construction work on the place itself.
Was pleasant, beds were fine.
Staff were unfriendly on arrival but the senior (owner?) was helpful and nice. Wifi did not work for the time I was there and the vibe was a bit dead, no socialising going on.
