    Pros +

    • It's quiet, room spacious, king size bed, very comfortable bedding, very friendly staff, two large pools - one of them in very beautiful, green surroundings
    • Convenient facilities including gym, swimming pools
    • large rooms

    Cons -

    • Room dark, very loud AC. No mini bar. Restaurant food very bad and absolutely no alternatives. Hotel almost empty and huge like a labirynth- a ghost town... Remote location and ridiculously high prices for hotel transport for even short distances.
    • The rooms are very old. The towels are all very old, and there weren't even hand and face towels for a single day. The pillows smelled of sweat, and so did the pillowcases. I didn't like the service staff. We ordered floating breakfast, there was nothing to eat. I definitely won't be coming back.
    • The food is average and have to eat lunch and dinner inside as central is far if staying in the hotel

    large rooms

building works on durring the day so lots of noise. No cutlery or cooking equiptment in room even though there was a kitchen. Couldn't charge anything back to the room from room service, laundry, restaurant, spa, bar, even though they were part of the hotel. Had to pay every time rather than once at the end which was a bit of a pain

Rooms are large but they are not clean.

Showers and cuboards are not clean.

Definitely 12/10! They’re helpful also the hotel is very clean. Good location and the staff is so sweet! Even I was running an hour late they let us take our time and pack. Sweet experience ever! We will definitely be back next time

    The huge suite

I don’t like the breakfast option as I traveling with baby there’s no porridge serve at buffet breakfast

    8CARRIEPosted on: 9-24-2025

Large rooms, bathtub, gazebos at the pool. Restaurant was good and inexpensive.

It really is far away from everything. My husband enjoyed golfing and I enjoyed just lounging around. But we are in Bali for 46 days and we’re staying in other places with a lot more activity. So it was fine for us to lounge around for the week, but I think if someone was here in Bali for just a week they might want to be more centrally located?

Great location near Uluwatu. Breakfast was good also the facilities were great. It is just our room seems the oldest building in the hotel but overall we had a great stay. Thank you ?

    7AthenaPosted on: 8-25-2025

The location was nice because it was in a quiet area but there are no convenience stores nearby.

The rooms and facilities are a bit old. I wouldn’t call it 5-star.

    4AhmedPosted on: 8-24-2025

The size of the suite we stayed in. The staff was very helpful.

The bathroom shower was very dirty, and it literally stinked. The hotel might need some renovations, a bit outdated.

I liked everything, employees were certainly kind, helpful and supportive . Our room was very clean and useful. The pool was very clean. And the restaurant was very cheap and the breakfast was very delicious.

    7NicolasPosted on: 7-21-2025

    The pool area.

The facilities are in need of upkeep. Rooms are a bit worn. Bath gel and shampoo look and smell like dish soap.

    9DraganPosted on: 7-21-2025

Clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the main reason why I will come back on my next visit to Bali.

I expect the food to be better when I come back next time and to be assigned the room I actually booked (although the alternative wasn’t too bad, either).

    8FeliciaPosted on: 7-17-2025

excellent breakfast, clean rooms, lovely staff

the property is huge and takes a long time to walk through. not ideal for anyone with mobility issues

    10kkoddPosted on: 7-14-2025

The price is cheap for what u get, so I have been staying in this hotel for the last 3 visits to Bali and it’s worth every $

Room service is a little slow

    7QuirinePosted on: 6-18-2025

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

The pool wasn't maintained properly. The pool area was a bit smelly, too. Furthermore, the room we stayed in was a bit dark.

    7FatihPosted on: 6-3-2025

The location is great compared to major part of the Uluwatu.

The hotel only have a single restaurant; the breakfast is open buffet but the dinner is not; the diversity of dinner is really low compared to other facilities in hotel.

    7AmyPosted on: 5-20-2025

The room was clean including the bathroom, the nightshift team (guys) were lovely and friendly, the breakfast serving team were nice. On day 1, one of the reception team came up to us at breakfast and asked if we were happy so far.

The TV didn't have great reception and could be a bit bigger for the size of the room, the bed bases probably need replacing - a bit sagging and mine was squeaky when I moved. The dining area should be air conditioned for comfort of guests. The pool area had an awful smell -think it was sewerage.
