Clean - great amenities and service

Wasn't crazy about the food options but we are very picky and were somewhat sick during our stay so may not be a reflection of the hotel.

So far amazing and friendly staff especially agus he was very helpful, the hotel is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable

Nothing everything is perfect so far

The location was good, staff were friendly, room was big.

The walls and floors are paper thin, you get woken up all through the night with people walking above your room. Not relaxing at all. The hotel and amenities are sad and worn down, rainy season has taken its toll.

The pool

It was advertised as a hotel near the sea, but there was a large wall blocking the view, monkeys were present, and a new building was under construction, causing some disturbance.

Staff is amazing!! Food at restaurant is very good. Good facilities.

The view tot he ocean was total blocked form the pool area whereas the property had Such a nice view from the room . Also they should have a buggy service to drop till the main road outside like other properties in Bali do.Can improve food quality

Pool was better than expected - only thing to make this place better would be a shuttle to the end of the driveway - its a long walk in the heat to go to the main street

I wouldn't come back to this place, due to several reasons. Restaurants are too expansive, but food not nice at all. They don't make cappuccino at breakfast, they ask you to use machine, where coffee is horrible. In the hotel that level you have to have barista. We have ordered milk to the room many times for our baby before sleeping, same amount of milk, but every day it was different price. There is no pool guard in the pool area, which is not safe for me. There is a long way from hotel to the main road, which is super dark in the evening, there are monkeys, but there is not like a gold car that could bring you to the main road for free. while i think that hotel this level should think about their guests.

Staff could have been more helpful. We waited a very long time for each request (for example nearly an hour for 2 beers to our room). So service could be improved.

Staff wasn’t helpful as expected and they refused to serve some food (breakfast) in the restaurant although it wasn’t limited by time. Also they told us that they upgraded the room but they gave us a room overlooking the pool bar blocking any view or ocean breeze.

Having been greeted by locals from Bali playing instrumental bells was quite zen. I did feel a bit guilty being served like that. The rooms were impeccable, big, spacious and new. They provided us with a monkey stick to scare away the monkeys. It made me laugh. The breakfast was very well prepared, and I would definitely come here again. The crowd was a good mix.

Bit of a distance to main road

Stayed in a garden view room for four nights and it was exactly what I needed. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Waking up to the view of the greenery outside was calming. The whole place has a relaxed vibe. Staff were polite and quick to help with anything I needed. Breakfast had solid variety and the coffee was good. Pool area was chill too. Not the cheapest place in Bali but worth it if you’re after peace and good service.

Amazing spot in Uluwatu, close to beaches and all the hot spots in the area! I loved the wild monkeys that visited the hotel during our stay, they really made this spot memorable. The room is also huge and the balcony is stunning. The hotel is designed in a very indoor/outdoor way which really connects you to nature.

Toilet had no shataf/bidet/wash which was inconvenient and weird compared to other hotels in Bali.
