ARENA Living

The pool access room was amazing. The room was modern and a good size. Nice bathroom.

The location of the hotel away from the main road could have been better.

Close to the beach

Sheet and towels is clean but need replacement to be more white .Front office staff is just seating in the desk, not helping with luggage or offering an umbrella when raining

3rd time staying and always there was nothing not to like. The staff, the pool, the room and the bar/restaurant all excellent ?

Sizable, well-equipped room with good breakfest.

maybe a yogurt or porridge for breakfast.

Great accommodation at a very good location in Sanur. Clean tidy room with a balcony and pool view. Comfy bed Good wifi. The buffet breakfast was tasty. The front desk staff were prompt and courteous. The beach was around 20 mins walking distance.

The price was on the higher side.

Very clean with a pleasant staff and a peaceful vibe at night. Everything is nearby: restaurants, spas, Icon Mall and mostly the beach which is 10-min walk away. My husband and I absolutely loved the experience !

Pool was great Staff were super friendly Location is good, being a 5-10minute walk from the beach and main strip

WiFi wasn't the best but not a deal breaker for us

The staff who clean the room , were friendly and cleaned the room and verandah perfectly .The staff at the desk were also friendly and helpful at all times .

Lol hopefully the put a metal bar on the entrance to the pool to make it easier to exit for older patrons ?( they don’t have or need a step ladder

Location & the staff are excellent.

The breakfast option is very limited & the towels seem old & in need of replacement.

The staff are helpful and kind.Rooms are spacious and bed is comfyThe plants around the pool make it a little oasis. It’s easy to get a Grab to nearby locationsGood music on Friday nights with Crazy Horse playing at the restaurant in front of the hotel .

The accomodation and pool were beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved the swimming pool.

Brighter lighting in the room would have been good. It would also have been nice to have a bigger table in the patio area for playing card games, writing, or doing puzzles. The breakfast toaster needs repaired or replaced as only two slots were working and often several people were waiting in a queue to use the toaster. Our air conditioning unit kept breaking down in the last 2 days of our holiday

The location was really close to the beach, the hotel was beautiful, the room was cleaned everyday, it was comfortable, and the breakfast option was delicious and various with nice coffee from a proper machine :) thank you for everything ?☺️

breakfast was ok. made nice eggs

quiet hard to get out of the pool for me my knees abit stiff

I have lost count of home many times I have stayed here 20++ times? All of the staff are wonderful, the pool is amazing - it is a little hidden oasis on the bypass in Sanur.

Good Hotel, good staff. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant next to the hotel, really good. Location is 10 minutes from beach.

Bed was very comfortable

Aircon , and the towels were a grey colour [supposed to be white, ive stayed there a few times and normally very good.

I couldnt fault this place at all from the friendly staff to the well kept facilitys it was all top notch including the restaruant and lucky me got good live music every night I stayed.

The fact their booked out when i want to go back, i can see why!

Beautiful swimming pool and room really friendly staff. Very clean.Less than 10 minutes walk to the front (but in busy area). The hotel is quiet though as just off the busy road.

Breakfast could have been better but was adequate.Busy roads to get to the beach

The staff were so wonderful and the facilities are really nice. I didn’t love the location, if I go back I will stay closer to the beach. This is a place you want to be at the beach. Even though it as right on the busy main road the property wasn’t loud. And the walk was easy. Also easy to use Grab to get around. The Wi-Fi wasn’t good.

Location and WiFi

Friendly staff clean and comfortable room

Not enough varity for breakfast. I ended up buying my own cereal front Circle K .the outdoor furniture should be updated as many of the prongs were broken. My husband leant back on one of the sunbeds and could have done some severe damage to his back when it collapsed .We had a pool access room, which we found it hard to use as the stairs were steep we only used it once they should have rails all around to access to the pool we are aged 70 and 73 and still pretty fit
