Grand Palace Hotel Sanur - Bali

My room had a balcony with a wall in front of it at a distance of about a metre or two. No view whatsoever so I wonder what the balcony was for.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! You can tell they take pride. Clean , friendly. The grounds were beautiful.

Only thing the road out front was extremely busy to walk on. We found a short cut, so only a few steps on the bypass rd and we were off a side road with no traffic , that led you to the beach.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was standard.

food was great in the restaurant, wine was reasonable price. Staff was lovely. You can walk to town if you like, but could catch a ride for around $1 to $2 USD. Lots of laundry around very cheap for them to do it for you outside of hotel. Hotel was clean and quiet and massage is a must.

Our stay at Grand Palace Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were excellent—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful and calming, giving a true holiday feel the moment you walk in.The food was great, with a good variety and delicious flavors that catered well to everyone in our family. The location is ideal, close to key attractions yet peaceful and convenient for getting around.The swimming pool was another highlight, well maintained, refreshing, and perfect for both adults and kids to unwind and enjoy. Overall, the service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations.I would highly recommend Grand Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and high-quality stay. We would definitely love to return again!

Just a suggestion please add a sofa set in the rooms so that guests can make their visitors sit. The lighting in the rooms need to be improved, currently very dim.

The rooms are beautifully laid out inside and the breakfast / restaurant area is nice and cool.What was really lovely is we mentioned it was our 10yr wedding anniversary and the staff put swan towels, rose petals and made us a cake special for the occasion. It was such a lovely gesture, they even made sure we got a suitable room away from the noise. The staff were exceptional.

It was really hard to walk outside the front of the property along the main road because the footpaths to get anywhere were too narrow and the road was so busy we couldn’t cross it! There was no walkway across so we had to get lots of taxis.If you stay in a room above the restaurant you can hear everyone at 6am onwards pulling out their chairs from below scraping on the ground.

Good location clean rooms good services

this hotel is really lovely very clean great breakfast and nice beds, pillows and pool, the rooms straight into the pool are fabulous… it’s quiet and not at all rowdy…

the location is a shocker! if you have transport it’s fine but walking to the back is a good 25 minutes in the heat and with the footpath situation a bit stressful…

Breakfast, location and pool very nice

It was a very nice quiet hotel. The staff were so sweet. The breakfast was amazing and lunch and dinner also delicious and reasonably priced. Very nice pool. The room was comfortable and big. Not too far to the Icon mall and beach. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Definitely a great chose in Sanur.

The road in front of the hotel was busy but not a deal breaker.

Everything was so luxurious, great food, beautiful room, and the pool was nice and cool. Our favourite stay by far for all of Bali. The staff were so great and an amazing choice of food at the hotel. The spa facial was the best facial I have ever had. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, and going back next year for 7 nights. Easy walk to laundry, massage and restaurants nearby.

Busy streets when walking out of the hotel and potholes to look out for. Long walk to beach.

The hotel is great the location is horrible. On a Main Street with heavy traffic and a side walk full of dangerous holes.

The location is not good. It’s dangerous to walk on the street with the condition of the sidewalk.

The room was large with a comfortable bed. The staff treated us very well

Everything! Staff so friendly. So clean. Room service and dining area meals were lovely.

TV.In our bathroom, the air conditioner had leaked into roof above our toilet, and the water dripped down over toilet seat.

Great location in Sanur, pool and spacious enough rooms.

I could never get comfortable on the bed for some reason.
