Bali Beach Hotel

Location, very clean, staff were very attentive!

Clean, comfy bed, nice beach.

Property had everything we needed to have a very comfortable staycation: well equipped gym, large pool and beach right next to the hotel. Great options for food with a tasty breakfast.

Amazing rooms/service, great breakfasts, extensive facilities.

No late bar option (just one and was closed) on site. Staff lost a delivery item for 24hrs. Toilet in the room was too automatic and kept flushing. Bed side light worked only on main switch for the room. All just small things as the place really is amazing and comfortable. But also held to a higher standard.

- all staff were very welcoming and attentive- free bike rent up to 1 hour. The bike is clean and easy to ride on- large pool by the beach- location is perfect (5 min walk to warung mak beng & nasi bali made weti, 15 min walk to the icon mall)- big gym- shower area with lockers (accessible even after checking out)- had dinner at Arunika and all the food was incredible- the hotel management seemed to take any critics seriously as I did not find any trouble during my stay (which was mentioned by previous guests such as hectic breakfast and slow elevator)

The spa ?, the beach, the room—everywhere!

The property was clean with large rooms. The breakfast was amazing. There where 2 restaurants and a large pool .

It did not have the Bali feel. I is not a swimming beach. Also you had to walk down the beach a bit find places To eat. When we where there they had large groups come in and a wedding .

Here is a tipIf you are flying out of Bali and your flight is in the evening and you don’t get a late check out, the bathroom at the pool have lockers and excellent showers. You can stay at the beautiful pool and then shower and head to the airport. You can keep your locker until 19:00Enjoy, it is a beautiful hotel

Service at the pool bar is a little slow

Food and amenities overpriced. Food was just ok but very pricey. Skipped the spa as services were almost triple everywhere else

Location and the sea view

the check in place is like a train terminal, not like a 5 star hotel in general. Also the staff is not fast, they have to call to come, plus there is no place to sit to wait for the pick up, we have to sit on the stairs ??

Fairly constant construction noise with multiple building projects being undertaken around the property.

A well renovated old hotel. At the quite side of beach, less people and traffic, short walk to Icon Bali and lots of beach front restaurants Nice staff very good breakfast

the view was brilliant - and why i booked... i love being up high and looking at water... not many options in Bali for this!the staff were some of the best customer service hotel staff I've ever been served by - SO impressed!RIO was a standout in terms of an already brilliant baseline of service. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us with.

Amazing suroundings, beautiful pool and huge, water is warm, great food. I understood from our guide, that this is the favourite place to stay of the president of Indonesia, so it's not a bad pick :). You have a gym, daycare for children, you can rent bicycles, for us it was a perfect place to stay, the lobby is out of this world, with statues and pools and marble.

Nothing, everything was great

Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of options. It was great to be able to order a cafe latte and eggs and the service was excellent. The room was lovely and clean, with good lighting and very comfortable beds and a great balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. We were able to get a taxi quite easily to go out to dinner at night since the hotel is a bit far from the center of town. We were very happy with the burgers we ordered poolside for lunch. Service around the pool area was excellent!

It was alarming that there weren’t any evacuation rules posted anywhere in the room or the elevators. Only having 3 elevators was also very scary for a hotel that had about 400 rooms! On the second day the power in the elevators was down for a few hours…we were just ready to go back to our room and ended up staying at the pool for about 3 hours! We expected someone to explain the situation and offer drinks or compensation for the time we spent without being able to go back to our room on the 7th floor. We did contemplate walking up the stairs but after a long hot day at the pool NO! Not really the hotels fault but we felt a bit concerned about the lack of communication. The pool was gorgeous and large but also very difficult to enter as there weren’t any railings to hold on to going in and it was difficult to see where the stairs were in the water.

Breakfast was amazing. It was a group of 6 of us and we looked forward to breakfast every morning. Great gym with glass walls overlooking the pool and beach. Service 10/10.
