The beach isn't cleaned, there's a lot of trash. I had to clean up the seaweed and plastic myself once.

The hotel was designed in the traditional Balinese style, the grounds were extensive and the gardens were immaculate and green and the sculptures were superb. The pools were very well designed to fit in with the gardens. The restaurant design was by far the best on the beach front. At night the lighting of the whole grounds was impressive. The service was in all areas was exceptional by the Balinese staff and the included breakfast buffet was well worth the money. The hotel backed directly onto the beach with no roads to cross.

Best Hotel ever We felt like we were living in the jungle with such fabulous, mature trees and flowers, everywhere and birds, singing wonderful experience in Bali so glad we got to stay at this hotel. It was like your idealized vision of a nature getawayBreakfast buffet unbelievable so many choices and so beautifully displayed a big property, but you always felt like you were alone on an adventure Highly recommend this hotel. The room is also spectacular wonderful balcony to hear the rain and the birds singing. We Hope to go back after our snorkeling trip to the Gillis

Restaurant on the beach is bistronomic, excellent, good value for money.

This place is perfect to regain your senses. The grounds are beautiful and the maintance is excellent. The breakfast is large but non eventful. The beach and beach services are amazing, the sunrise is worth the early alarm clock. I actually will be going back solo, while on a business trip.

Breakfast, again lots of options but nothing exceptional. If you are looking for coffee other than plain filtered, you need to pay extra for it, or perhaps a dragon bowel all extra. Too many carbs at breakfast

Convenient location and helpful staff. We

Super overcrowded! Tried walking by the beach and it was a pedestrian traffic jam with how many people were there. Beachfront area plays disco music all day long...yikes! We walked away from this mess for dinner for a quieter restaurant/spot by the beach. Tons of very noisy folks across the weekend we stayed there....felt very very overcrowded and not a great place for my mom who is elderly. The whole purpose was to find a quiet spot to spend our last couple days in Bali and it was quite a opposite for her. So if you have an elderly parent, this is not the place but it is a great place overall .... I can't really blame the overcrowded nature of the place on the place itself but rather how many beach restaurants and hotels populate the entire place! Seems like a decent place for folks with young kids and we saw lots of families there.

Atmosphere and set up of the resort was beatiful

The music at the Byrd restaurant was a little too loud on occasions as it overwhelmed the music at the spa during our massage which was at 4 pm. It needs to be turned down slightly

The hotel is direct connected to the beach. Love to sit by the beach club.

Perfect location with great services offered within hotel. Restaurant had great atmosphere and very good quality in food. Very clean with large outdoor areas for multiple use (2 pools, ping pong table, tennis, pool bar etc)

The rooms of the hotel are a bit outdated and need a renovation. The common areas of the hotel are of great quality. The breakfast buffet was a little above average.

After doing quite a bit of touring and sightseeing through other Indonesian locations we were ready to relax for a few days, and Segara Village was the perfect location for that. The grounds were beautiful, truly a joy to walk around in. The pools were outstanding, the restaurant was great. We spent three days there and only left the facility a couple of times and always on foot along the beach path. It was a great place to relax and take it easy.

Good location and facilities within the resort. Green and spacious. Breakfast is okay but exactly the same dishes every morning.

My first negative review for Bali accomodation. - everything is super outdated, the sofa is very dirty. - mattress is terrible: we asked for a double bed, but what we received was two twin beds tied together by blanket. The mattress felt like a hammock. - we had a send dropping from the ceiling every day onto our pillow. - staff at the reception isn't helpful and friendly (which is huge suprise for Bali). I was travelling will little baby and ordered multiple deliveries for grab. The reception didn't bother to help bring it to the room or at least inform us. - service: asked to arrange the car, specifically mentioned the model we needed as we were travelling with many luggage. Twice double confirmed with reception, yet arrived super old car that nearly fit in. Disappointed overall.

This was an amazing property with nice surroundings. Beachfront. The pools were good. Room was spacious and clean. Staff is also very friendly . Very close to ICON MALL .

Food menu could have been better. We ended up eating outsode most of the days. But there are plenty of options around as well.
