The design and common area are excellent.

The buffet is not provided daily. The bathroom is small. Weak faucet. Difficult to open the balcony door.

a slower pace than Kuta or Legian, just nice if you do not care about night life. Decent breakfast buffet. A big swimming pool.

Management needs lessons on hospitality asking for payment before or right after ordering or receiving meals or drinks is really not acceptable . problems like our key pad which malfunctioned 3-4 x daily with no apology or retribution is unacceptable

The check in staff were awesome.

The bar staff were slow and inattentive. There are far too many guests to only have one pool area.

Located right in the heart of Sanur. Great diversity of food for breakfast, spacious room and bathroom (ours with balcony). Very kind, friendy and helpful staff, especially the one helping us out carry our bags when checking out.

Location, It was very close to all amenities in Sanur and Bali Icon Mall. Staff services were very good.

One room aircon was not working properly. The towels given had very bad smell

Although the jacuzzi was incredible, the drain was leaking quite fast in any position (but yogurt cap helped to prevent leaking). Climate control once started leaking, but the staff fixed rapidly. The faucet and sink were poorly configured, so if you turned it on carelessly, water would splash around. We need to do some trick with reception to receive the second card for access into the room, they don't want to give a second card if you just need it for the second member.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sanur. Very near to the beach, Icon Bali Mall and alot of shops. Hotel’s breakfast is excellent. Many varieties to choose. Fantastics and Large swimming pool. The room is spacious. The staffs are very friendly and they have top-notch service. I will recommend my friends to choose this hotel if they want to stay in Sanur, Bali.

Just that the hotel is a big aged.The bed frames and the couch are fixed in the room.

The pool was fantastic, so big and has a pool bar with seating.

A little dissapointed with the meal at the Asian Buffet Night, otherwise the buffet breakfast was awesome.

Location is pretty good, nice restaurants and shopping. 10 min walk to beach . Rooms big with comfy beds. Our room 8022 had a private pool.

The sunbeds around the pool. The ones in the water become uncomfortable after awhile. The ones that have mattress on them smell terrible, are dirty and very little shade.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent. You don't have to leave the hotel if you dont want to! The location in Sanur was great, walking distance to cafes,restuarants and the beach.

The only minor issue was getting a deckchair by the pool at times. Guests will leave their towels sitting on the chairs for hours while not using them.

Too big, this is a personal preference but too big for me - multi floored and multiple buildings. Rooms a bit dark and tired, I did expect more for the money. Definitely not the worst , nothing to make you pack up and flee.

This hotel was right in the heart of Sanur which we loved! It was nice to wander straight from the hotel to enjoy the restaurants, shops and beach. The ikon mall is very close by which was good for the supermarket, atm's and beach access. The hotel itself had an awesome pool with some rooms having private pool access. The breakfast was really good with lots of options to choose from. Bed was very comfy.

The property is a little tired and needs a good paint/waterblast in some outside areas. The bathroom layout was abit quirky and water pressure was hit and miss.

Everything about the resort was excellent. My son injured his leg, he couldn't walk far we wanted to go to a restaurant next door about 400 mtres... We asked one of the hotel staff how we could get there with footpaths dug up, he went and got the hotel car and drove us wow!!!! The pool was exceptional. We were in a family suite 5th floor we loved it,The resort also has an inhouse doctor - Dr Ottavia. This is an excellent service, Dr Ottavia is excellent along with her team. It is totally affordable and accessible...Truly an added bonus to this resort.

nothing to do with hotel, but the upgrading of footpaths in Sanur both sides of the road were dangerous and ill thought out
