Very noisy. Water leaked through bathroom ceiling when it rained. Air-conditioning leaked water.

Staff = Amazing Location = Awesome Price = OKKomang The Manager = She Is Excellent, So Nice ,Very Apologetic, Did very well Under the Pressure from Everything That Was Going On.I had a Nice Conversation With Her and Another Lady I think was the Assistant Manager (Cinta,I think) Explaining to Them I don't Blame them in any way,But they Need to Be informed about the State of the Property...and Inform the Owners of Major Works Needed.

The Property is in Need of Some Major Renovation. We Moved Rooms 4 Times .Room No.317 ..Mould Everywhere,Broken Noisy Bed,Roof Leaking Badly.Room No.318 ..Mould , Water Leaks in Bathroom, Broken Balcony Door,Balcony Door Glass Almost Falling Out,Aircon Not Working .Room No.210 Flooded Room Due to Heavy Rain. Moved to Room No.403 Aircon Would only get down to 26 During the Day, Lucky to Hit 21 Overnight .A bit Noisy Due to Facing the Main Road,Could Do with some Thicker Glass on the Doors,and Doors that would Close Properly,All Warped over Time.There was some Very Heavy Rains in Our Time there,Plenty of People Not Happy With Major Water Issues during this time. The Water in the Shower and the Basin Was Super Salty.

Noisy room with poor AC. They are currently remodeling on the 3rd floor next to my room making day time sleep impossible.

The staff were fantastic! Super welcoming, friendly and helpful with good tips on local restaurants. The (included) breakfast was really yummy and substantial ~ lots of beautiful fresh fruit. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient location.

The bathroom was a bit smelly.

The hotel is in close proximity to shops, pubs and supermarkets. Staff were very hospitable and the pool was great to cool off in.

I stayed at this hotel last year and again this year. I usually avoid rating hotels but the employees are very welcoming, so I had to mention that. Excellent value for the price, maybe because my stay was in November/kind of off season. Decent swimming pool.

The street it's on is under repairs so the foot paths were a difficult task when wanting to go out . But the hotel cannot help that

The shower floor was a little dirty and did not drain well. The bathroom was very dimly lit! I had to walk up to 4th floor

There was a strange smell in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Other than that everything was good ?

It was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of dishes to choose.

The fridges in two of our rooms totally froze everything. Milk was a solid block so couldn't be used.

It’s just 7 minutes from the beach, good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they’re the best! The food is great, we had free breakfast - very tasty, and also we had lunch there several times - perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Roof Top Deluxe room originally booked was unacceptable. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. On the following day, the staff moved us to a downgraded Superior room, which was much better. The Roof Top room was described as 'city view', which means the bedroom-sized balcony (with a refrigerator and table, no chairs) overlooks a very busy street, making the room very noisy. Our Superior room was pool view and quiet.

The spa was amazing. The best value snd treatment we experienced in Bali.

The room we got had no window and felt damp.

The location

The property is very old and dirty. It needs a full renovation. Check in is very late - 3pm, and our rooms weren’t ready to check into at 3pm
