Artotel Sanur - Bali

Clean, location, price

When i was there there was a big party going on wich last till the late evening. If I would know it in advance i would choose another hotel

The room is clean and a big size (stayed in the 55). It is also close to my favorite restaurants in Sanur.

Most of staff were either very new or not trained for hospitably. At least that is what we are assuming by the way they were confused & didn't know what to do. We had the spa 2x -1st experience was awesome w/Putri! 2nd exp was awful-she was on her phone.

The pool area needs better shade as it is very hot up there

the Hotel is very modern and so nice, the breakfast was Amazing. The rooms are very clean and the staff were very accomadating and helpful, the pool is so lovley on the rooftop. Very close to some great Restaurants and short walk to the beach.

Nothing this hotel is exceptional.

We stayed at ARTOTEL Sanur Bali for six nights and had a fantastic experience. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and we loved having a coffee pod machine for an easy morning start. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of great options each day, which was such a nice bonus. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and lots of great restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we’d happily return to.

Good location, a short walk to the beach and resturants. The staff overall were good and welcoming, but the pool attendants didn't seem to care about guest enjoyment.

The design of the hotel has a large central opening between the floors to let light in, however it also carries the sound from the resturant next to the lobby. There was a musician playing until midnight, I was OK, but my wife could not sleep. The pool attendants were useless. A couple of idiots jumped into the shallow pool and splashed everyone. They did nothing, a number of people just left. There are very few places in the hotel to just relax. There is a bar on the 5th floor, but as soon as you sit down, you have to buy a drink.

The room was very nice and large with a small balcony outside. It overlooked the Bali red tile roofs, so it was a pleasant view. The staff was helpful, everything worked as it should in the large bath and the place was very clean. Bonus points is the Massimo restaurant down the street that has AMAZING gelato!

When we booked close to the date we stayed, we were not advised that there was a large corporate party on the 5th floor. Because of the hotels design with a central atrium, there is no way noise from the VERY loud party would not disturb all the guests during the evening. Fortunately it got considerably quieter about quarter past 10 in the evening. We were happy to see that the hotel used glass bottles for their guests water, but shocked that they didn’t offer refills. Fortunately, there is a minimart next to the hotel.

Great location, close to good restaurants and easy walk to the beach

The hotel interiors are very cool and I liked the room. The pool and the views were the best part of our stay — perfect. The location is great, close to many amazing restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was really nice. Overall, a very nice hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is that checkout is very early and check-in is only allowed after the set time, but that’s the same almost everywhere in Bali.

It’s a nice hotel with affordable price. Good vibe and close to the beach (3 minutes walk). The room is clean. The staff are very helpful.

Breakfast could be better. But not bad.

Room is very clean and stylish - there’s a small balcony with racks to hang dry your towels, swimsuits etc. Breakfast is GREAT with a very wide variety of options. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast and reliable. There’s parking space right outside the hotel lobby. Good location too, easy access to the bypass to Ubud or the airport.

Really cool hotel nearby to the ferry harbour. We were sad we hadn't booked to stay longer! The pool is a highlight. We also enjoyed the design of the architecture and the random pieces of art throughout the hotel.

We arrived towards the end of breakfast - staff were not overly attentive (forgot to give us cutlery, the cereal bowls had run out) and they started packing away the breakfast before the official closing time of 10am. Otherwise, breakfast was good value for being included in the price of the room.

Beautiful rooms

Being told we couldn’t use the roof top bar as there was a private function on. That was the reason I chose to stay here for a last night in Bali. Very disappointing. And then trying to sleep and the so called function was so loud that my friend and I had to put our earphones in with music to block out the partying. Not the relaxing last night in Bali we were hoping for. Won’t stay there again.

The hotel has a very nice, contemporary ambiance. The rooms were very comfortable with a great shower. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the rooftop pool was wonderful. I did a free yoga class at the hotel in the morning, which was nice. Most of all, the staff are so kind. They really provide great and friendly service. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, on the south side of Sanur. This is practical for those who are interested in surfing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety

Overall Hotel was noisy. Design looked good but just didn't feel practical. Large open spaces created loud echos throughout. Pool was Ok but very few loungers and in the direct sun.

Very professional staff and no problems. Check-in was super fast and easy. Breakfast was included with a wonderful selection of lots of different foods and drinks to choose from. Great location, very close to the Sanur boardwalk.

Level 100 rooms can be a little loud with the open lobby concept.

Very good location, just off the Main Street. Beautiful hotel with a lovely relaxing roof top pool. Staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly. Room very relaxing and spacious

Breakfast is good. And the location is perfect to go to the beach, have walk in Sanur or to leave on a trip
