Comfortable and clean.

On a road that connects to the Icon mall, which has a lot of traffic. WiFi was also unusable.

While we were quite central, the rooms and grounds were quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Adults only. Lovely pool. Handy location to walk to everything.Dedicated beach loungers were a bonus

Nothing really. However the beach lounge area could be better maintained

Staff very helpful fabulous location, highly recommend to stay here. Have rebooked once we get back from the islands.

This is a fabulous small hotel. Most comfortable bed and pillows we had in Bali. Lovey spacioys room and bathroom. Beautiful balcony looking out on the pool. Next door to Icon mall. Beach access. We definitely want to stay here again.

I would give a 10 but next time we would like rooms on opposite side of the road. We heard motorbikes quite loudly.

Good location in Sanur. Near the beach, next to new ICON Bali shopping mall. Liked the pool area, the suite with open bathroom. Felt like an oasis in the middle of the city. Very clean, no odd smells and mold in the room. Good room service. No breakfast in the property, provided in the neighboring restaurant (ok). Recommended if in Sanur.

Beautifully maintained rooms, lovely gardens, excellent pool , easy stroll to the beach and quiet location. Fantastic staff , food and drinks . Loved this place

Room was awesome, huge bed and plenty of space to store your clothes. Nice little things, like getting cookies every night when staff comes to open your bed, made me feel super special. Pool was awesome too, always beds available and nice and clean garden. Lots of squirrels to watch while you hang out on your balcony. Staff was polite, smiling and helping without even asking.

Location is awesome next to Icon Mall, but there is also a downside; traffic noise never stops. My room was on that side of building where mall is located and I was able to hear everything. I would bring earplugs next time. From other rooms I didn't hear anything.

Lovely hotel, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Glasshouse was great. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping.

The room was well appointed, clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool is lovely too, and location is great.

Our entry had a water leak on our last day - we think it was the air conditioning.

Staff were very professional and helpful in accommodating my requests, location very central in Sanur (right next to Icon and beach)

Lights are a little dark in the rooms

Boutique hotel with around 24 rooms around a gorgeous pool in my favourite part of Sanur. Modern facilities but maintaining the Balinese style.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The glasshouse restaurant next door that the hotel recommends is average but so may other amazing warungs around it doesn’t matter

Beautiful rooms, staff are friendly and efficient and the location is excellent.

All beautifully appointed features and fixtures. Close to the road but minimal traffic noise or disruption.Gorgeous gardens too!

Very centrally located to many restaurants and cafes. Yet quiet and private. Staff very kind and helpful.Have stayed here previously, and will do so again.
