Great location. Lovely staff.

Property could do with some work (especially upgrades to the bathrooms) and some better fitting linen for the beds. Also some extra amenities and attention to detail when servicing the rooms.

Whilst the bathrooms could do with a really good clean (mould is hard to keep on top of) the rooms, the beds, the aircon, verandah and the available space are great. The restaurant is wonderful, perfectly adequate buffet breakfast (my kids smashed the pancakes and waffles), staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area is stunning-the overhanging old frangipanis are gorgeous and the shade provided by the mature trees is welcome in the hot afternoon. The location is fantastic with beach access right on the doorstep with ocean views. We'd definately stay there again.

More water pressure in the shower

I have immobility problem I use a walker the path to my room was a nightmare very difficult there was stairs to the room and the shower was in the very high bathtub I did complain and I did give notification that I needed ground floor and walk in shower I was told that I should off book direct to the hotel instead of going through bookings.com

ground floor NO STEPS walk in shower instead of suffering for two weeks other wise I had a good time good food very good location absolutely fantastic staff room was very clean

The shower was not very hot and the pressure was very low

A very lovely property that is convenient to everything. Impeccably clean and tidy. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The pillows and mattresses could be replaced as they are a little hard and lumpy.

The location is great; it is located on the beach with the restaurant right beside the beach.There are many restaurants and bike hire within easy walking distance.The grounds are very nice and the set out of the rooms ensures enough privacy.

The service in the restaurant; dirty plates were not collected and new diners had to ask for new settings and cutlery, while four girls stood, chatted and giggled, totally unaware of what needed to be done.As it was the windy season, the wind blowing directly into the restaurant was unavoidable at any of the tables.The walls of the room we were staying in were very thin and we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning, by other guests talking loudly.

Good location. Rooms are dated and old... Swimming pool is good. Great that it's just down the footpath to the shopping mall.

The breakfast was terrible.

Great location on the beach front with restaurants, markets and the icon centre all within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was included in the price. Inna Sinduh has lovely gardens and a nice pool area and is affordable, would stay again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but old and worn. Our shower drain was blocked and had to ask 3 times for this to be fixed. Buffet breakfast was average.

When we arrived extra beds weren’t set up and there was blood one one of the sheets We booked 3 seperate rooms for same amount of days one of our rooms had a flight before all of us so they tried to clean the room and take the keys during the day even though their flight was in the arvo and they paid for the extra night to avoid this.. tried to book more time / extra day in a seperate room and manager was contradicting herself about the rules so she advised we’ll have to move and pay for another room when giving us the price it was 40% more than it was to book online through booking.com so we got a new hotel all together

Location is fantastic staff nice and friendly

The whole place is run down, the rooms were inhabitable, fulll off black mould, dirty rooms/ sheets, cracked broken tiles showers not working, exposed electoral wires, we after arrival and given our rooms, seeing them immediately questioned the photos on the internet website and in actuality... the admitted they had more recent photos but hadn't uploaded them. We stayed only one night until we could find alternate accommodation... bearing inmind we had 6 rooms booked see bookings, and were charged for 2 nights and told this was a favour to us i said we should have them looked into for false advertising. This needs to be looked into, they are taking money under false pretencesWe had stayed there for 2 nights earlier in the month, and after speaking with reception team were assured the 6 rooms next booking was in the renovated better part of the resort and not the old part. This was clearly a lie

Located perfectly

On our arrival we were met with stained sheets, doonah as well as pillow cases, replaced with less stained bedding but still stained. Now for the breakfast or total lack of, daily met with cold, range of 2 maybe 3 asian style dishes. No western hot dishes on offer except eggs, told at the end of our stay we could have had bacon, but only on request. And the disinterested staff couldn't give a hoot. Not once in our 7 breakfast sittings we we offered coffee or tea and not through lack of staff just purely couldn't be bothered. Grounds maintained well but another of maintenance required to get to an acceptable level but the feeling is amongst the guests we spoke with is this is very much an ongoing issueSad, could be so much more

Maybe because it was a one night stay, the room I was given was very elderlish (but also not very pricy). Location is good right at the beach and also close to the new mall.

Location is perfect, near to beach and shopping, a lot of restaurants walk distance. The hotel is old, need update at floor and a swimming pool, lots of tiles are broken , cleaning needs improvement as well, my toddler put one toy under bed..omg it was dirty.

Cleaning on the room, shower was dirty and under bed was disgusting dirty, out side need some renovation lot of tiles are broken on the floor and on the swimming pool.

Right on the main beach. Very helpful staff, beautiful gardens.

The location was fabulous, short walk to The Icon, great Restaurants and shopping. The resort was tired but adequate. The pool was really good. Staff friendly.
