Hotel is in a great location. Close to many restaurants and shops. Facility is nice and clean. Bed is comfy. The swimming pool is a great size for a few people. Lovely decor.

Limited parking if you are hiring a vehicle. No mosquito net. Limited options for breakfast.

Very quiet. Nice little bungalow with three rooms right next to the pool with a private door to get from the patio to the pool (Villa 4) One room had no window but all had airconditioning and as we arrived late from the airport it was no problem. Breakfast was simple and nice. Very nice staff!!!

Location excelent. Staff woderful. Breakfast included value for money, simple but adequate breakfast. Room a bit dated but true balinese style. Lovely and private. Well looked after pool. Definately value for money and would stay again

Great location, you could go left or right for restaurants and massage spas.Room was basic, but had everything and was clean. Breakfast was simple but enough.

Great breakky, close to everything and nice big room. Not much more needed to enjoy Sanur! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We got the double bed and it was just a bit odd to have two single beds pushed together. Not so comfortable.

Location is amazing and the staff helpful.

I didnt like the mozzies around my room, mostly cause by stand water in front of the room. you can see their babies swimming. Also the shower was not very good.

It was nice to have a choice of different options for our breakfast with table service in the Warung Ketut. Also appreciated having the Warung as as a cosy retreat for an evening meal if the rain set in. The hotel's garden is beautiful with small birds and butterflies fluttering about.

There were a few mosquitoes about at twilight but mosquito coils were provided to keep them at bay.

Right on the busy street parallel to the beach but tucked into an alleyway, so a cozy little peaceful nook in all the hustle and bustle of Sanur.The room was immaculate and the staff very friendly.

No complaints.

Breakfast daily was lovely. Staff did a great job looking us. the pool is just the right size. Felt safe and relaxed though close to everything. Bikes for rent was very handy. Rooms and gardens are lovely.

Efforts to reduce plastic water bottles.

Fabulous homestay hotel. Small individual bungalows with verandahs set in luscious gardens.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful all the time.Location is convenient too - opposite Hotel Paneeda,everything we need/want is within walking distance - food, entertainment, groceries, massage, beach, atm etc.we stayed at Villa 1, the furthest corner.the room is cleaned daily and the toilet is clean - yayyAircon works great.

I suppose as with anywhere in the world, there's always the stark difference between expectation versus reality. You never trust the photos you see online. Bali is no exception.The furnishings are very tired - still functionable - but in my opinion, overdue for an upgrade.The kitchen is clean enough, but some utensils are rusted.There are many power points around the villa, but not of them works. Those that work have very low voltage, so boiling water and using the microwave takes three times as long. The drainage system in most parts of Bali are clogged up, so we waddled in pools of murky water around the hotel during rainy days.The aircon leaked very badly on the last night and continued on our last day and ruined some our our purchases - left a puddle of water in our room. They eventually had someone over to look at it :)
