Visakha Sanur by Puri Signatures

The food was excellent, nothing fancy but prepared fresh and so tasty evey time. We literally ate every meal there most days. The staff was so kind and peaceful and helpful.

There was no fitness center or spa, as advertised online.

The staff is so lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had our own spacious outdoor living area. They also have a free shuttle service to take you/pick up from shops. Loved it

I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff were.The room was nice for the price.They gave me room service even after the restaurant was closed.

I didn’t like that that hot water didn’t work.They were unable to fix during the 2 nights I was staying.

This place is heaven. Beautiful and peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur. Fantastic and welcoming staff, great food, and pure relaxation.

The WiFi could have been a little better but just a minor thing

The team and the staff. Absolutely crazy how people are so nice and smiling. Helpful and always so nice. Crazy good. My trip was close to perfection. Definitely worth the price.

Not enough breakfast fruit juice choices

I loved the room and the private pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really loved the breakfasts, they were all delicious!

I would not say they have a spa. It is an enclosed outdoor room with a fan. The therapist did not seem to want to do massage and the sheets were wet from the previous client which was quite unpleasant. Especially for the price paid there are much nicer spas around so we did not go back for any more treatments. I would suggest they set up an indoor spa and make it more of an experience or alternatively remove it from their website.

Pool in our Villa was a little old, but very clean

I loved that it was away from big tourist hotels but only a 10 minute walk to beach The staff were so helpful and lovely The I house restaurant is delicious great Balinese food which can be delivered to your private villa . The masseuse Shanti is amazing ! And it’s also very quiet ??

I feel it’s needs some pressure cleaning and new paint a lot of mould in bathroom and poolside area but that’s my only criticism

The pictures looked really nice online! We were so excited. We arrived and it was run down, moldy, pain peeling, the doors to our villa didn’t lock. We did have our own pool which was a plus.We payed in full before arrival. We took a can of coke out of the mini bar and left 2 days early due to the mold and my asthma flaring up as a result. Still got charged for the can of coke even though they could put someone else in the room we were in and get double what they would have if we stayed.

The staff was sooo sweet and helpful! I had a garden room and it could use a little tlc. I had booked this place for the bath after long travel but the water pressure wasn't sustainable to successfully use the bath. The location was great, the breakfast in the morning, and communal pool all great. All in all I would highly recommend and would stay again. I had a very comfortable stay. ? also the bed was very comfortable.

Water pressure

Large beautiful bedroom and bathroom, we had a big private pool and nice patio area. We also had access to a shared pool, which looked beautiful. Staff were very friendly, helpful and checked in with us often (The manager Jay was amazing). Everything you would need was within walking distance, but that also had a shuttle going to and from the villa and into town.

Beautiful resort, staff beyond excellent, private pool villa was a hit with the kids. Short cheap taxi ride into town.

The location is a bit out of the town centre.but the hotel has free shuttle service to it. The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is good.rooms are good. Hotel 5 min walk to a beautiful beach promenade. That can be walked for miles with very nice restaurants with live music. Also walks straight to the big shopping mall. But it's about a 50 min walk to it but nice.We really enjoyed our stay. And upon request allowed to stay over allowed time to accommodate a late departure .

I had no water pressure and there was no hot water, the accommodation wasn’t that clean and everything was a bit old and the whole property need a good renovation.In our stays before we never had that many mosquito but here inside the were everywhere.The neighbors making new villas and that you can hear you the whole day…so I will not advise to go here.

Little bit dated design, but that's the style of it so no regret

We stayed in Visakha Sanur for 2 nights with our 9 months old daughter and had the room with a private pool.The airport shuttle was perfectly arranged, sending us a WhatsApp from the driver on forehand that he was waiting for us.The staff is most friendly and willing to arrange anything for your linking. Jay, the manager will always come in and check during breakfast if everything is to your liking.They have a shuttle drop off to the center which we frequently used, I believe you could also walk straight to the beach. It’s quite close.The cabin itself is quite spacious, with a private pool in the backyard. The bathroom is half outdoors, which gives it a very nice ecstatic. Everything is quite clean and tidy, they properly clean your room every day.We also enjoyed the restaurant a few times, since we have our daughter asleep we could just eat nearby. The food was really good.Breakfast was a choice of Balinese or American breakfast. Choose between fruit smoothy of fruit pieces. All very good and you’re able to deliver to room, which we enjoyed on our last day.Would definitely recommend

It’s a beautiful property, we had a suite with a private pool which was wonderful. Absolutely loved it.Excellent breakfast too.Staff were exceptional.

It would have been great to have mosquito nets over the beds. We got bitten to pieces.The shower pressure wasn’t great.

The staff, particularly Jay, were great. Helpful, friendly and attentive without being in your face.The villa was really comfortable and the pool was great. We had breakfasts at the villa and had a couple of dinners as well. All were really good.We found Visakha to be really good value and would recommend it.

I'm a reasonably well travelled 'mature' (in age only) individual and the approach to Visakha is a little underwhelming if you're expecting a grand sweeping drive, but this was our first trip to Bali and we were a little naiive in our expectations.The nearest beach is about a 10 minute walk and no problem.
