Best location in Sanur close walking distance to the beach

May need some upgrade with air conditioning.

All staff really helpful. When pineapple was all gone they brought me a whole dish. Room 301 was on the 3rd floor end of buildimg and very quiet .

Minimal welcome drink. Safe didn't wor but then I was offered a key to the safe.whiçh solved the problem

Friendly staff, great room, pool and services. Perfect location with lots of good restaurants and shopping close by.

Breakfast was good

The shower was over the bath, could be dangerous for older or disabled people. The shower would not mix properly, it would go from cold the very hot without warning, would scald a small child very easily.

Close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk or short bike ride from Icon Bali. The beds were really comfortable, it was quiet, all staff were lovely and the plumbing and facilities were all in working order. The shower curtain was really dirty and I told reception that they might want to change it for a perfect score.

Wonderful Balinese classic discovery in Sanur. These hotels were built with mindful attention to energy flow, nature, symbolism, location, beauty, art, craftsmanship. It is always delightful to find one so well run and maintained. I hope that Bali and Indonesia continue protection and support of these unique parts of Bali's history. Beautiful grounds, pool, restaurant, spa. Spacious, clean , comfortable, bright cheerful room with easy to use safe, minibar. Near main street shopping. Easy to walk to nearby beach. Cultural performance, evening music, tour arrangements. Welcoming gracious staff.

Shower oscillated between hot & cold a bit, but minor issue.

Lovely hotel in good location near the beach and beach walkway, staff were great and the hotel was immaculately maintained. Pool area very nice and room cleaning is very efficient and highly commended.

Sit down breakfast (rather than buffet) was a great idea, the only issue was the cooked part of the menu was occasionally average and a little cold.

Well located on a touristy street, about a 20-minute walk from Bali Mall, yet set off the main road, so there was no noise or traffic disturbance. Access was via an alley where only hotel taxis were allowed, and motorcycles could reach all the way to the beach, though space was somewhat limited by parking availability.The pool is very nice, featuring a cascade and surrounded by exotic plants. The food and service were excellent, especially in the restaurant. All the ladies serving there were wonderful with our little one, preparing suitable meals without salt or spices. Their help was greatly appreciated — thank you again!

A bit disapointed that no one was there when we have first arrived to help with the lugadge (2 big and 2 small, and one baby stroller). The food portions could be slightly larger.

The comfort of hotel together with very nice and friendly staff. Tina was exceptionally accommodating at breakfast service and a credit to the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive, which made me feel at home right away. The resort had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, and despite being an older facility, it was well cared for and enjoyable.

Not much, but as other reviewers have mentioned, the shower water temperature sometimes fluctuated between hot and cold. However, since I knew about this in advance, I was prepared and had no issues using it.

Great breakfast in the morning and the staff were all extremely welcoming. Location was good- easy walk to beach and other restaurants/ shops. We didn’t use the pool as we only stayed 1 night but it looked lovely. Nice flowers and plants frame the balcony and outside areas.

Shower was bad- water kept changing from hot to cold. Bathroom could do with a bit of renovation as getting tired. Road into hotel a bit tight with car.

Staff is great, place is clean overall for a dated facility. Location is great. Fix what's broken.

Chain lock was busted on the door. Didn't feel comfortable leaving valuables in my room.

The staff were attentive, helpful, and kind. The pool was wonderful, the location was very central and tucked away so it was quiet

The bathrooms were a little rundown compared to the rest of the room and resort. There were a number of ants crawling around the balcony and the bathroom in particular.

No elevators, although it's not much to climb, only 3 floors.

We couldn’t get proper sleep and rest because of the trouble with the aircon.No cable tv, no hand towel, access to the beach was closed due to road work.

The Parigata was a very nice place to stay. Everyone is so friendly - special thanks to Trisna for making us feel so welcomed and making sure that everything was going well. The facilities are very nice and the surroundings are beautiful. It was nice to walk around the beach at the back or the shops at the front.

Very beautiful decor in lobby and restaurant. The bed was very comfy. And we loved the location so close to many restaurants shops and the beach.

There was some confusion when I tried to book a room for our return to Sanur but eventually they were able to accommodate us.

Smaller, comfortable hotel in a great location. Lovely pool and gardens. Very friendly staff

Occasionally could hear kitchen noise early morning as our room was within close proximity compared to other rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient to everything. The rooms were spacious with good outdoor sitting. The food was plentiful and delicious. We would stay there again.
