Respati Beach Hotel

Location exceptional, on the beach-could swim at high tide, the rest. Street of shops and eateries at front door, Breakfast good with omlettes right between beacha nd pool. Grounds exceptionally beautiful and well maintained-more so than the rooms!

Porch/balcony very small. Bathrooms archaic and only tolerable. Needed more furniture, better lighting--low watt CFLs really do not work for seeing. Refrig should not be cupboard, and ice cubes were major problem beach hotel not make own ice so ran out

Location was the best, room was big and roomy and the bed was very comfortable.

Fabulous location - right on the beach and right next door to the Icon Bali mall. Beds were comfortable and rooms very quiet at night. Friendly staff

The breakfast was amazing, best food so far.

The hotel should make more efforts to clean all the rubbish from the beach area. This would attract more tourists to stay in the hotel as the beach in general is dirty. It’s disgusting to find so much rubbish while walking on the sand. This wouldn’t take longer than 20 mins to be cleaned.

Older style hotel situated on the northern end of Sanur, on the beachfront. It was my second stay there and was possibly better than the first. Staff are of course, lovely and friendly and the hotel while older and probably needing a bit of an update, is still super clean and comfortable. The onsite resto serves a varied breakfast and meals all day with live music some nights. Plenty of beach lounges available. I would stay here more often if the price is right for me at the time. Overall though the Respati offers an affordable, comfortable and very pleasant stay right on the beachfront of Sanur

It would be great to have a hook in the bathroom and some sort of shade cover to stop the pool getting too warm

Food was almost the same everyday but it was fine.

Everything was just nice

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were all AMAZING! Our was lovely. We stayed in room 103, and we were just a few short steps from the lovely pool and breakfast buffet area. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff there were also AMAZING! The Balinese people are probably the nicest people I have ever met, and we are well traveled. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The resort has chairs on the beach. It is located directly on the boardwalk, with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. There is a huge mall, just a very short walk down the boardwalk. They have very beautiful grounds with tons of multicolored bougainvillea and frangipani trees. It was just a gorgeous setting!

Very friendly staff. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was outstanding.

We had an issue with a lack of hot water in the bathroom shower. They readily attended to it.

I had to change rooms due to the smell (humidity) in the first room. The second was a lot better but, unfortunately, the room didn't have a garden view.But anyway, the staff were very helpful and I was able to change rooms.

Wonderful small, locally owned hotel. Great location, situated right on the beach next to the new mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully tended gardens. Comfortable rooms.

Wi-Fi and TV reception are terrible and channel selection poor, mostly local channels. But, you don't visit Bali for these things, so not an issue. However, they should upgrade them.

It was a small property, which was a nice change from the large resort we just came from. The gardens & grounds were beautiful and our room was set close to the beach end which was easy access to everything. The location was great too.The breakfast was average, but the French loaf/cob loaf bread was delicious. For lunch the Poke Bowl and cheeseburger at the restaurant were absolutely delicious which was a nice surprise.

The pool is very small, the photos on booking.com make it look larger than the reality. The breakfast of heated items were not great the bacon was not bacon and the sausages were more like a version of hot dogs. They could do with updating their beach towels as they’re a little old and ratty.

Staff were lovely Gardens looked absolutely beautiful and well maintained The rooms were comfortable but the whole building is looking a bit tired, but overall not too bad for a 3 star.Breakfast buffet could be better.
