Beautiful gardens, quiet location. Five minute walk to the beach. Fantastic cafes and restaurants on the main street and the beachfront. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very conveniently located, a lovely shaded outdoor space with pool and plunge pool. Included breakfast was delicious and generous. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Rooms are a little dated and some minor maintenance needed in the bathroom.

We had a ground floor room next to the pool.

Staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed the breakfasts.

Bed was so hard and requested 2 more pillows, but did not come! Bed sheets, pillow cases and bathroom towels were all stained and did not smell very nice. Recommend upgrading the linen. Generally we felt the resort was a little tired and could do with a general spruce up.

The staff are excellent. Super flexible. I recently had to change the booking dates, they let me change and cancel the old booking with no problem. Always welcome us with a smile. Highly recommended!!

I wouldn't consider this a "destination" hotel, but I was VERY happy with my stay. I needed to stay in Sanur with a straight shot to the airport and this was great. The grounds and pools were lovely, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants are close by. Amazing value.

My expectations were low based on these reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a little rough around the edges, but perfectly fine for what I needed. The staff were wonderful.

Great location for access to scuba diving! Appreciated the free breakfast buffet Bed was too firm and needed topper which they didn’t have so they gave me additional mattress pad which helped The tubs were cracked and the first room had leak After explaining several times it was fixed and no further issues

Room was run down, and some areas were dirty (bathroom). The pool looked more like a fishpond.

Overall the place has a shabby and worn down fuel. Our room was particularly bad luck as we were at the front of the hotel with a terrible karaoke venue across the road often playing until midnight. The breakfast buffet was very average to subpar at best - overall I felt it was overpriced for what we had. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was great, well set out, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was huge and well set out. Only point of issue being not able to use the bath-tub. It was working but as I have a bad hip a handrail on the wall would be a suggestion.

The menu in the outdoor restaurant was pretty much the same each day. Asian noodles, fried rice, bacon, toast. You could order food, but that was only shown to me on my last day.

Unfortunately this was the 3rd place we stayed during our trip and the most expensive but it was nowhere near as good as our previous 2 accomodations. The room had a horrible smell and didn't feel clean. The sheets looked very old.The grounds didn't look very well maintained, and the small pool was murky. You could hear music from the bar until 2.am. Sadly it was not what we were hoping for.

The air-conditioned room was modern and clean. We loved sitting by the pool and relaxing. The kitchen was open to order cold beers and light meals or snacks.

Excellent location close walk to beac and short drive to other beaches and Omni Bali Shopping Centre. Love the pool. Waterfall over black rock warms the pool adequat breakfast something for everyone.
