The backyard and pool and very good service . Location was good too.

They did not have food at all times . Also , would have liked a shower curtain and another outlet in the room .

Breakfast was good had fresh fruit granola pastries. Staff was absolutely amazing very friendly, the grounds and the rooms were very nice very comfortable. I also really liked the cafe/area around pool even tho I didn’t get to use it.

We had a great stay and felt very welcome. Sharing Christmas Eve dinner with the host was a lovely and memorable experience. The food was excellent, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pillows were nice, comforter was fluffy. The hot water was always hot and the bathroom was big enough. The ac worked well, the balcony was big and the chairs comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, the snacks at the restaurant were delicious. The breakfast was plentiful and we always got a breakfast box when we had to leave too early before breakfast. But our favorite was the staff. All of them were very friendly, always smiled, always accommodating. The hotel is a little aways from the main road which makes it quiet yet central. Wonderful experience!

We wish the balcony door had a thin curtain to help keep mosquitoes out since we had quite a few in the room. Some form of mosquito incense on the balcony would have been really nice.

staff was very welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay. They always had a smile on their face. Hotel is clean, free of any insects and felt relaxing. Unlike a big commercial hotel, it felt like a small establishment with lesss crowd. Also is the place is conveniently located.

We had mostly positive reviews. few minor area was breakfast - would be good to see more variety and Nasi goreng was sometimes cold rom being left outside.

The perfect location, loved the fact that theres a laundrette across the road. The pool and gardens were so lovely and the staff were so helpful....we felt so well taken care of. The highlight of our stay was the amazing massages.

the toilets could have been cleaned at a higher standard.

The staff were so helpful especially when I was unwell, they organised for me to visit a doctor & also a taxi to and from the clinic.

There's nothing I didn't like, it was very nice which made my holiday very pleasant. I also had a free half hour massage as i was quite stressed when I arrived not being able to contact friends on my phone to say I had arrived safely.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet, yet central location. Many very good options for food.

Good location, quick access to the airport and the Sanur beaches (bikes for free), beautifully maintained building/room doors, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and best Balinese massage I had on the island

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Icon Mall and the main street , which offers a variety of restaurants and bars. Despite its proximity to lively areas, the surroundings remain peaceful and calming, creating a serene atmosphere. The hotel's garden adds to the beauty of the setting, while the swimming pool stands out as a hidden gem. Additionally, the room was very clean and comfortable. The massage in their hotel spa was amazing.

The breakfast was good but offered a limited selection. Additionally, there were issues with water pressure (not a big problem).

Everything was fine, lovely gardens and helpful staff

If you don’t have kids, book elsewhere as the hotel is full of families with young kids who spend all their time in the pool

Wonderfully gorgeous were ALL the staff, & great cosy deluxe room. Quite area. Few minutes walk to main street & laneway just around the corner with fabulous eateries. Staff helpful with recommendations of all sorts of things! Organised our airport drop-off driver, loaned some push bikes, great in house massages & treatments. Lovely relaxed vibe around the pool, sensational well maintained gardens. 24 hr 7 days a week reception.

We only spent 4 days, could have been longer!

1. All the staff were more than willing to respond to any request we made. 2. The premises were meticulously clean and well maintained.3. The landscaping was just gorgeous.4. The soft music played was very appropriate.

1. The absence of any food after 4pm.2. The lack of variety in the breakfast menu.3. The shower mixers for hot/cold water could work better.4. No bidet hose for the toilet.

Such a lovely place - welcoming, clean and comfortable! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and I even had a massage in the spa which was excellent. Can’t fault anything.

Staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick up from the airport for us which made it hassle free.Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows.My wife had a massage which she says was excellent

The tranquil gardens were serene, breakfast was wonderful, fresh varied and tasty, they served the most amazing hime crafted muesli. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and attentive and welcomed you as their guest.The rooms were serviced very promptly and always done by the time we finished breakfast. The coffee machine in your room was a nice touch and the poolside bay was well priced. Our room had a king sized bed, spacious bathroom, a private view to a lush garden and a massive terrace with a huge day bed. Unfortunately the terrace was shared with one other room. You can book rooms with a smaller private terrace. The shaded daybeds around the pool were a big plus.it was nice staying in the back streets for a change of scenery.

The terrace was shared with one other room which wasn’t made clear at time of booking by the hotel or booking.com. It could be easily fixed by putting up a screen and potted garden to divide the terrace. It is big enough, luckily the other guests weren’t smokers and only there for half our booking.The pool was often a bit warm.
