Palm Garden Hotel

this was my 4. stay at the hotel. I like the location close to the Indian ocean. very clean comfortable room. Reception, staff, very friendly, helpful.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach.The unit looked a bit dated, but it was clean. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I also liked that each room had its own ensuite bathroom.The amenities were basic, and it's recommended to bring your own toiletries even though toothbrush kits were provided.Breakfast came with three options, which were good enough for us. Coffee and tea were provided as instant sachets, and you make them yourself in the unit.The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

No hairdryer provided, and there's only a small piece of soap for the shower and handwashing. Consider switching the soap and shampoo to refillable bottles in the shower.

Great location and nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs. Wifi is good. Not far from beach or other restaurants and coffee shops and night market.

We loved our stay at palm garden, in one of the 2 bedroom suites.It was spacious and suited our family of four, with 2 separate bedrooms, with adjoining bathrooms and a communal lounger area.The pool was lovely and the gardens were really nice. The staff were friendly and professional.Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach.It was excellent value for money.

I liked the aesthetic and how close I was to the beach, also the food was very filling

The toilets lacked flushing power, the bathroom lighting was weak, the beds made a lot of noise when I moved and the restaurant was very stingy with its bacon

The location was great and the family rooms were very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a lounge

It was very tired and the pillows were lumpy

Very near to the best part of the beach. Wonderful garden and pool with facilities. Nice and spacious room. The receptionist was very kind and helpful to offer a good motorbike for good price and to let us leave our luggage at the reception till the evening after we checked out.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom, but after a quick cleaning, it was completely gone.

Location - 5 mins easy walk to beach & eateries. The large pool was clean & pool towels & sun loungers available. Good wifi connection.

TV didn't work properly - only 2 Chanels - boring. Only get complimentary bottle of water on first day - in a country, where you need bottled water to brush your teeth, a daily bottle of water would be appreciated. We didn't like our 1st floor room (we requested a ground floor, due to our age?)

Loved the pool and beautiful garden. Staff was so amazing and friendly. Little sitting area outside my room was one of the best things, perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Really good food at the restaurant and lovely staff over there too. The cat who lives at the hotel might come ask for food while you are in there. It's friendly and adorable.Good location, just a small stroll and you are at the beach. Also lots of restaurants and shops around.Rooms are quite outdated, but super clean and have lots of space for clothes and your stuff. Big fridge for your food and drinks, good ac and wi-fi.

It was hard to find an outlet to charge your phone, not too many of those in a room. If you have bad knees, stairs to second floor might give you a hard time, those are pretty steep.

Quick overnight stay before heading to nusa Lembongan. Palm garden ticked all our boxes for a 1 night stay

Money exchange over the road at round about tried to steal 1mill rupiah off us. This has nothing to do with hotel but think customers need to be warned as it looks like a safe money exchange

We really the restaurant and the breakfasts. Pool and gardens was lovely .Gardens beautifully tended to. Liked the private versndah to sit out in.

If i had to say something the bed wasnt the best as squeak every time you make a move.

This was our second stay at Palm Garden.We just love this small cosy hotel. The location is awesome with a short 2 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the main Rd where there are an abundance of restaurant options to choose from.The rooms are large and clean, the bathrooms are big but possibly due for a renovation which im sure is not far off as we also stayed at one of their sister hotels in legian and they have renovated their bathrooms. There is nothing wrong with the bathroom it was clean and spacious but they could get rid of the bathtub which I find useless ( for me ) and gain a little more room.The beds are super comfy and a nice big verandahs to sit on. The pool is nice with enough pool lounges for the size of the hotel. The staff are all lovely.We would definately stay at palm garden again.

Nothing to complain about

For the price the room was pretty good value

I was very allergic to the room due to the old style comforters/bedding. There was also mold in the bathroom so that contributed to my allergies. The rooms were very outdated and run down. The grounds of the hotel were nice but run down. I feel if they spent some time and money on renovating and updating the bedding, curtains, pool area etc then this hotel would be incredible!
