The staff were lovely, very attentive and caring.

It was missing the basics like cotton buds, cotton pads in the bathroom.

Great location, and staff was courteous, and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of different foods, fruits, and Asian delights. The pool was limited to a certain number of guests and we were not able to use it. Location was very close to the beach and many restaurants and shops

The rooms need to have installed USB ports for charging phones etc.

Location. Great staffs. Size of rooms

Noises from the hallway is a big problem, you can hear the housekeeping staffs chatting in the morning or people going in and out their rooms at any time.

Close to the beach. Staff was fantastic. Close to main street. Many restaurants and shops.

Narrow street to hotel, busy with many cars and motorbikes. Breakfast buffet.

The modern rooms look great, the staff are lovely and the location is great, close to the beach and main shops and restaurants

The staff is very courteous. Food there is extremely good. Breakfast especially is exceptional. The chef personally asked us what we wanted and catered to our requirements. Very very good!

I left some stuff there while checking out, but later the staffs found those and they reached out to me, so that I can collect those if I want.

Their swimming pool is open till 7 pm, which I think they should extend.

Clean, cool and comfortable. Great breakfast.

The staff and the amenities were amazing. From Ogi's (Conceige) big smile to Wira (Housekeeping) who made our day.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, breakfast was very nice and lots of choices, good value, comfortable beds, nice pool on the top of the hotel, very close to the beach (less than 100m walk)

Possibly a few more parasols at the pool to provide more shade, but nothing else.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Sanur was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and beautiful amenities. We highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Great location, staff excellent. Rooms good. Pool area needs more shade though. Overall we would come again.

Very impressed the staff, cleanliness and especially the breakfast buffet were all excellent. Special thanks to Yogi the front manager who did a great job welcoming us and giving us information about the area. She’s an asset to the hotel

We arrived at 9pm and left 8am the following day as we just needed a bed between landing in Bali and departing for the island the following morning. Could t have been happier with our choice. We would normally avoid Holiday Inn style of places (sorry!) but it was good value at $180 including a great breakfast. The reception lady was an absolute delight, she was so friendly as were all the other staff we encountered. An absolute credit to the hotel.The room was brand new and modern with the a/c already running so you could enter the room to coolness!Comfy bed with a sofa bed already made up for our daughter.Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of Local dishes to try and a friendly pair making pancakes and eggs to order.If I needed an overnight stop again I would come back, even just to pop round the corner for a late night Gelato at Massimo!

We didn’t get to spend time at the beach

Quite ok for a short stay.Small rooms but clean and well appointed. Rooftop pool is quite underwhelming However for a couple of nights it’s adequate

They take lot of time to cook and serve ordered food and also maintaining consistency for repeated orders also seemed a challenge, I had ordered vegetables curry first day and liked it a lot but second day when i ordered same the taste and consistency changed so it was not that good as before

I like how accomodating the staffs are. Security was good. No issues on housekeeping like theft when they clean your room even when you're away doing your activities. Food was amazing. Overall the facilities are clean.

Just had an uninvited visitor during wee hour. Not really an issue with me because I'm not afraid of it and I can take care of it myself. Overall good.
