Bebek Cottage Sanur

We had a wonderful stay at Bebek Cottages Sanur. The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush green tropical gardens.The room was very spacious and well designed, complete with full amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the special turndown service in the afternoon they prepared the bed with a lovely snack and even placed a printed bedtime story on the bed, such a thoughtful and unique touch.The staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with great quality and variety. The restaurant is also excellent, serving authentic Indonesian food don’t miss the crispy bebek goreng, it’s absolutely delicious and a must try.The location is perfect, just a 3minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy Sanur’s relaxed seaside.Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort andwarm Balinese hospitality. We would definitely love to come back

This place is pure magic. It has a soul — you can feel it the moment you walk in. Everything looks like it was created by an artist, with so much intention, care, and love in every detail. You can also see how well they treat their staff, and that energy makes the whole atmosphere feel even brighter.It’s a place filled with light, creativity, and warmth. Without a doubt, I would come back here.

Location. Short walk to beachfront. Peaceful and tranquil residential setting. Breakfast brought to cottage which was nice. Breakfast was substantial with a good selection. Pool was amazing and no struggle for a lounger. Gardens were well kept and very beautiful.

Cottage smelt musty and lingered for the 4 days we stayed. Cottage could do with a little TLC. There is a resident dog and whilst this is not a problem it would be in the restaurant. My husband does not like dogs so we did not eat in the restaurant which was a shame.

Very beautiful property with a beautiful local Balinese vibe. Easy access to the beach but in a quiet and laid back area without too much of a touristy vibe. Staff were really helpful with everything.

The only thing I would mention is that while the room was clean and nice, it was listed as ~700 sq feet, and it was definitely much smaller than that, at most half, which was felt quite disappointing.

The location is away from the main tourist hot spot of Sanur in a quieter residential neighbourhood but still close to the beach. It felt like more of a retreat. The architecture of the cottages and landscaping was beautifully constructed and it was clear the original owner had a great collection of art, furniture and artefacts (some art needing reframing and conservation). The private feel of our very spacious cottage was great and there was a lovely large main pool for guests. The adjacent restaurant serves great food and drink both western and Indonesian. Coffee was terrific thanks!

This was outside the the control of the hotel but the noise of heavy machinery during the day from a neighbouring build site was annoying since it would normally be a very peaceful spot.

Selected this property because it is on the quieter south end of Sanur. It is a beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful property and lovely large, spacious room (room 3) with very comfortable bed and bedding. This room has two terraces one being very private where you can enjoy breakfast. The pool surrounded by gardens is beautiful. Fruit plate & water waiting in our room upon arrival. Fridge in room so we could keep water cool was nice. The bathroom was pretty and very spacious. Had lunch & breakfast which we enjoyed. Loved the vegetable fritters. Had a fantastic stay!

bathroom - toilet would not flush properly. Shower does not drain. Not enough things to put bags on. art on walls is mouldy.

Good variety of breakfast choices. Nice environment to have breakfast in. Located in a quiet area. Friendly staff.

Lovely staff , being able to have breakfast on your own veranda . Loved how boutique the place was and good pool to relax by.

Balinese vibe, nice staff, breakfast included

Gardens were lovely. Our room was quiet and private with a nice patio overlooking the garden and close to the pool. Love the Balinese feel of the room but showing signs of age. Staff were helpful. Pool was lovely. And a nice touch in the evening they came around with a Balinese bedtime story and chocolates. Very handy having a Warung next door.

The shower was hopeless, despite a massive shower head, the water came out as a trickle. The bin by the toilet was broken. Definitely needed a facelift. Breakfast was a bit on the mean side (compared to many other places in Bali) and my banana pancakes had a weird taste to them

A little corner of paradise tucked away in a quiet area of Sanur close enough to the beach. Excellent cafe.

This is a quiet location away from the bustle of Sanur. The cottages are just the right side. You can work on the table on the patio or in the on site cafe.

Wow! What a lovely property! The grounds of Bebek Cottages are actually quite famous for their classic Balinese walled gardens. Lush, walled, outdoor "rooms" backed by statue-filled ponds at every turn. The property is on a quiet street. Our cottage was not huge, but had a lovely outdoor seating area, gorgeous hand-painted wardrobe and very comfortable canopy bed. The restaurant next door was very convenient and all the meals we had there were very good, including breakfast which was included in the price. All staff super friendly and gracious.

This is my third stay at Bebek Cottages Sanur for business trip, still amazing stay..staff very friendly and always serve you like family, breakfast in your terrace with beautiful garden view is the best part of my stay.Try Bebek Goreng at their Resto, I give rate 10/10 for this delicious food.We will back again in few month.

Gorgeous setting with beautiful plantings, water features, pool, comfortable rooms and beds.

Small water bottles means too much plastic garbage.

Stunning design and architecture of the bungalows and quaint facilities. Beautiful pool with two fountains. Lush greenery everywhere made it tranquil and sublime. Attention to detail in bedrooms was exceptional - we had a turn down service and also a copy of a Hindu /balinese story to read each night. Plenty of drinking water in the rooms and a fridge to chill it in. As well as a four poster bed and stunning bathroom. Breakfast was huge and there were lots of options you chose the evening before so service was prompt and everything was cooked fresh. Dinner in the restaurant was also delicious.

Absolutely nothing!

The food was excellent. The pool is the most beautifully landscaped - wonderful greenery and interesting statues and water features.
