Would be great if they did room delivered cocktails such as margaritas and mojitos.

A beautiful Villa to spend quality time with your family. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean accommodation. Location wise there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We stayed for 3 nights on Mavila and enjoyed thoroughly. We were even served a welcome complimentary cake. The best thing about the villa is the staff, very welcome and extremely helpful. Wayan, Erik went out of the way to keep us comfortable by giving us guidance on local areas to visit. We would surely recommend Mavila and would like to go there again.

Everything was perfect.

This was the only place that provided free TV (Netflix), so that was really nice to drown out other noises (which I'll describe in what I didn't like). It was also walking distance to some places to eat and they had sidewalks in the area which was a pleasant change from a lot of places we stayed in Bali.

The biggest issue we had here was the open sewage in the bathroom area. There is a pipe on the wrong side of the pea trap and going into either the toilet or shower was a horrid smell of raw sewage so we had to hold our breath whever we needed to use the restroom. Also, glass cups were provided in the sink area and my wife accidentally knocked one off which cost us about $12 USD which is rediculously expensive. Please switch to plastic cups. Also, they apparently do events like 17th birthday celebrations and weddings here so there was loud music playing until about 10pm. Then the neighbors were burning trash which got us up at around 1am to turn off the AC, but it got hot quick, so pulled blankets off only to get several mosquito bites, so turned AC on an hour later but couldn't get to sleep because another neighbor was hammering at 2am and couldn't sleep with the banging. Would not stay here again for all of these reasons.

The villa itself was comfortable and the pool great. Everything we needed was provided, The restaurant on site served meals at set times with drinks available throughout the day. Across the road was a restaurant and pizza bar which were both good. A convenience store was close by. The staff were very welcoming.

Area was more urban with no shopping nearby and only the two restaurants. Limited choices for breakfast which needed to be ordered the day before. The villas also host events and these occurred on both weekend nights. Music stopped at 10pm.

They provide very good service, room feels very comfortable and clean as well, so we are happy to stay here and have a great time for our holiday.

Bed comfortable and clean. Great size area and very private. Staff exceptional and very attentive. Garden area pretty with seating area which could be used better. Lovely outdoor bathroom on edge of pool. WhatsApp messages each day to order breakfast or wish us a nice day and also checked on us as we were unwell one day. Delivered a happy anniversary cake one evening which was unexpected but nice. Taxi ride was $4 to beach and shopping so very easy to access.

Location was biggest thing. Walk to beach was 25 minutes but pathways uneven and broken, very busy roads with dogs wandering around. We used taxis as very cheap. Breakfast- stick to basics eggs and omelettes but needed salt and pepper or ketchup. Had croissants one morning which was mouldy so stuck to omelettes. Minor maintenance needed to just tidy up and bath didn’t hold water. On check out had to wait for room to be checked and was questioned about a missing knife. Was a bit of negative when leaving as everyone had been so lovely during stay and we certainly do not need to take 1 knife! We could also hear everything from the room next door.

It was clean and comfortable.The staff were wonderful and willing to help with anything.

The location was a bit further from the main hub than I thought.That is more my fault than theirs.

We absolutely loved the villa. It was so tranquil and beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place more. We would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast could be improved on but was still ok.

Had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful & kind. Housekeeping of the villa was top notch - very clean & accomodating to your needs.

All the staff were so sweet and helpful and would go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, including at the reception when it came to organising our tours or the restaurants to cater to our food requirements. Will most definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The surroundings were peaceful, the villa was clean and well maintained, and the pool was absolutely stunning. The staff was kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back!

A great place for vacation, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It also has restaurant in the same area which very helpful for us when we want to order food or drink for room service. Overall, i recommend for everyone who's looking for a private villa for vacation to stay here. Will come back again later !! ??

I had an incredible stay at The Mavila Sanur. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The villa was beautifully maintained, clean, and had everything I could ask for.The highlight of my stay was the serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The pool was stunning, and the gardens were well kept. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options every morning.The location was also great, close to Icon Mall making it easy to explore the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality of the team.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

DEFINITELY WITHOUT A DOUBT ( THE EVENT NIGHTS ) Location , staff not that great not for the price you pay . DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE READING THIS) PLEASE LOOK AT ANOTHER VILLA.you are so not guaranteed not to get the event nights , every night all even a few for your stay .totally wreck your trip .Mavilla make up their own rules , Was So so loud was absolutely unexceptable Mavilla ( manager ) I also read all the reviews before booking .Ive Been to Bali many ,many times thinking oh the pics looks nice .what are those people ,reviews complaining about . Get a life I thought ?it only goes to 10 pm . ( thinking it can’t be that bad ) But trust me ,it really , really was . sometimes can go even later than 10 pm reviews said .Lady screaming for hrs , hrs with microphone getting the people at the party even louder , encouraging . You could not hear yourself think. even inside with doors all closed in villa.

Never again Beware of rules

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOKI had a disappointing experience at this property in March 2025. The property has rules that were not disclosed on any booking site, including their own, at the time of booking or during our stay. These rules were only explained to us during check-in, after our initial deposit was already paid. Once this deposit was non-refundable, we were asked to pay the remaining balance. We were then escorted to our villa, which was nice, but things quickly went downhill from there.While walking to the villa, the host informed us that a birthday function was taking place in the gardens that evening. The noise from the event was unbearable— a local woman was screaming and singing into a microphone until at least 10 p.m. This completely ruined the peaceful villa experience we had expected. I’ve heard they regularly host parties and weddings, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for tranquillity.As for the villa itself, it fell short in several areas. The bathroom towels were old, worn, and no longer white. We had to specifically ask for pool towels. There was only one pillow per bed, and it was very worn, with discoloration beneath the pillowcase. Freshwater bottles were scarce, even for brushing our teeth. Some power points weren’t working, and the kettle’s handle became dangerously hot to touch. We also found that basic amenities like coffee sachets, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, wine and beer glasses, and a bottle opener were missing.I would also advise against adding breakfast to your booking. Instead, head across the road to Warung Bellissimo, where you’ll find excellent meals at great value. We even met other guests who were equally disappointed with their stay.After four days of a six-day booking, we decided to leave. When I checked out, I was charged an additional $400, and the receptionist had the nerve to ask for payment for two extra bottles of water. I contacted both booking.com and Villa management several times. No help offered

I asked before I booked if I had a parking space for my car, however because they had events booked for both nights I stayed they needed to move my car around all the time.Also both nights I stayed there they had events in their restaurants which caused loud music. Nobody informed me about this up front.Lastly I had booked a massage on the first day, however they didn’t follow through - luckily though since there was loud music anyway.Despite all the staff was nice, but this wasn’t the stay I expected.

The staff were amazing. The villa looked lovely in the photos but the property needed a fair bit of work and maintenance.

The cleanliness of the property could’ve been much better for the price charged. Hairs on pillow,hairs on in bath sink. Outside bath and villa pool didn’t look clean. Toilet smelled. When the room was cleaned daily,sometimes beds were made,sometimes they weren’t. Sometimes bath towels were provided,sometimes they weren’t. Sometimes water bottles and toilet rolls were replaced,sometimes they weren’t. So many things were haphazard,felt like they just needed an orderly list of jobs to follow. The staff were just beautiful but overall the villa didn’t live up to expectations.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Excellent food at the hotel restaurant but also near to shops

The services given by the staff was awesome, the front office were very helpful from the moment we arrived until checked out. They also has restaurant that provide room service, it was very quiet and a good place to have a healing.
