Beautiful villa with private pool & patio. Great service, helpful staff who spoke good English. Neun Cafe (attached) has excellent food. Large breakfast including fresh fruit is included.

The noise of the hot water heater - made a high pitched screeching sound. Had to move rooms because there were lizards inside in the rafters and their poop was dropping into the room.

Took the villa with the pool , pool was nice. Location was perfectly in the center.

Room was very noisy ( we could here the motorbike from the street ). Door was sound proof and little open on the top.Although the bathtub was nice Hot water wasn’t running properly so you had to wait for a VERY long time to take a bath.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It’s just one minute from the beach, and I had a room with a private pool — which is truly worth it. Waking up and stepping straight into your own little oasis felt unforgettable.The whole atmosphere is calm, clean, and perfectly designed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful two night stay here. Great location with restaurants, spas, convenience stores and beach in easy walking distance. The most comfortable bed that we have slept in while holidaying in Bali. Meticulous gardens, beautiful private pool and very special shared pool. Two nights are not enough to experience everything that Sanur has to offer. We'll be back.

We could be nit picky and say the shower over the bath was a dated idea but honestly it was manageable and considering all of the other wonderful features of these villas it was a negligible complaint.

Close to the beach, we had our own pool which was private, with gorgeous foliage all over the resort. Big rooms, extremely comfortable bed.

The property upgraded me to the Lely suite which was incredible and included a private pool w spa. The property is only one-block from the beach so I enjoyed the easy beach access and the walking path paralleling the ocean providing easy access to a variety of shops and cafes along the beach. The breakfast menu provide a nice variety of themes to choose from (Western, Indonesian, Continental, etc)

Traffic during the day (like a lot of Bali) can be very hectic and the road in front of the hotel is no exception. That said, the property has a nice driveway / parking area allowing for safe access to the reception area without having to get out of the taxi onto the road. Additionally, the hot water wasn't working when I arrived but the maintenance personnel were prompt on fixing the system.

The grounds and swimming pool

The bathroom-bath had cracks that had been repaired and the rain showers was terrible. Hanging over the bath as an afterthought. You have to climb over bath to get to shower. Difficult to get water temp comfortable. The bath should be replaced with a shower cubicle as any one with mobility issues would not manage. Having to wait past check in time because previous guest was late out is not acceptable. Also the plunge pool needs repairing as it was leaking badly

Great Villas, very clean and comfortable beds, fantastic private pool. The main pool was very good as well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu was ok, but the meat choices were limited, not a big issue.

Close to the boardwalk and close to the shops and restaurants

The gardens are stunning. The private pool was large perfect for relaxing. The whole villa space is large and private.

Not really an issue for us but the tiles around the edge of the pool are a bit loose and you had to step on them to get around the lounge chairs.

My last-minute same-day booking scored me an outdoor jacuzzi—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The property is just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was decent, and the staff’s warm welcome made me feel at home.

A few areas could improve, such as the older electrical system and lack of towel hooks in the bathroom, but overall, it’s a peaceful and inviting stay I’d gladly return to.

The gardens are very beautiful. The staff are very friendly & give excellent service.The private pool is an added bonus.

This place is utterly beautiful. You walk into an oasis, it is truly so peaceful and relaxing. Booked a villa with private pool and it had a huge outdoor living area, so much space! The main pool is also lovely - so pretty and refreshing. The hotel is in such a great location - 3 minute walk to the beach, or 5 minutes the other way to some great restaurants (Massimo Italian is so good). I absolutely loved my stay here!

setting - plants were lush, private pool was clean. bathroom was large, staff are lovely

electricity cut out half=way through the night and was not reinstated by midday. toilet was problematic

It’s a bit dated, doors will not close, shower is old. Very old. Breakfast is a joke. So old fashioned

Value for money for a big villa with a private pool. Nice garden. Nice main pool too.

Older property but seems to be nicely maintained. Can only check in until 11pm though. Not good if coming in late.
