It was gorgeous! New hotel next to Regency Hyatt. Landscaping was preserved and jungle-like. Right on beach, with long walking path. Breakfast options were gourmet. Wait staff and personnel were outstanding!! Closer to airport than busy Ubud. Would not hesitate to recommend. Lego and Fabri (sp) were so kind and patient as I navigated breakfast drink options and menu.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It far exceeded my expectations! We stayed for 3 nights and our only regret was that it wasn’t longer.We booked the deluxe king room ( 2 x adults and 1 x child) and it was one of the best rooms we have had anywhere in the world. The attention to detail is second to none- from the complimentary mini bar and snacks (excluding alcohol) to the bath bombs, to umbrellas, to robes and slippers, everything you could need it there. The terrace was beautiful- typically balinese and lots over looking the wraparound pools and greenery.Despite the hotel being busy when we stayed it never felt that way as so much care is taken to make this property a haven of serenity and tranquility. The service is first class- the value for money for a hotel of this standard was exceptional.Other highlights included the kids club : such a wonderfully clean and inviting space with warm and friendly staff and a really good variety of activities.The fisherman’s club restaurant was fantastic. There is complimentary snacks/ drinks throughout the day regardless of the package you’re on.The location is ideal for reaching the boats to explore neighbouring islands etc.We will definitely be back!! ?

Honestly, nothing springs to mind

Absolutely stunning resort that exceeded all expectations. It has a magical boutique vibe and the staff have the best English I've witnessed in Bali and are so accommodating and kind. We definitely recommend a lagoon access room for double the pool options!

Food was good. Staff all very friendly. Lush landscape. Spa area was huge, relaxing ambience.

You have just fallen into the arms of luxury. We spent one night here prior to heading to Nusa Penida. The area is bustling with many shops and restaurants nearby. We wish we had stayed longer rather than mostly rainy Ubud. I left medication in our room and they held onto it for four days before I was able to return. Thank you so much. We absolutely loved this place. Special shoutout to Agung and all the beach staff who were so kind and friendly. The room was amazingly spacious and beautiful; a graceful blend of modern Balinese - would love to return and spend multiple days.

Very cool project, design , comfort and quality of food , amenities and outstanding staff. The breakfast is a showtime , one of the best a have seen , quality of food and variety.

They gave me a wrong room type , taking a long time to change for the correct one , as a compensation they provided a late checkout. They should inform about the “turn down “ be on demand, which I was expecting to be automatic for this hotel category.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, facilities very clean and modern, staff friendly. Most important of all, quiet.

Superb staff, exceptional facilities and beautiful rooms. Very good experience with young children although just be mindful of the ponds / pools around as there aren’t any railings. But just keep an eye on the kids :)

Staff, amenities, vibe, was all top notch.

It would have been helpful to have a few more utensils, plates etc in the room, for snacks etc, as well as milk for coffee (although I did see you could request that).

Loved the hotel design and ambience. Feels like you are amidst a luxury Robinson Crusoe setting. Lost amidst trees, greenery, and natural wood. The quiet pool area is beautiful.And the staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay. The Andaz team and staff is its best feature. Professional, kind, and attentive.

Location of my room a top the restaurant area.. I could smell the smokey bbq in my room at night. The room itself was excellent, yet the location near the kitchen was unlucky.

Service whilst generally good/friendly could be a little haphazard (too many staff...people forgetting orders...some things would be easier as self-serve i.e. breakfast)

Overall the experience was greatI found the fisherman’s bar drinks were warm and overpriced. Food was overpriced too. Surely there’s enough profit in the rooms to reduce food and drink prices.

The main pool was crowded and had many children and no life guard on duty in case of emergency.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and furnished with new, tasteful, and luxurious decor. It is located in a very quiet and clean part of the city. Absolutely excellent food, but the price is a bit high. A perfect kids’ club with friendly animators.

The only thing I couldn’t get to work was screen mirroring from iPhones or iPads.On our last night, we were disturbed late into the night by guests staying on the floor above us. However, around 11 PM, I sent a WhatsApp message to the hotel staff, and they resolved the noise issue within minutes with a single phone call.On the day of departure, we were allowed a late check-out. However, I had also requested the possibility of taking a shower in the evening before leaving. This was promised, but when the time came, none of the staff members were able to direct me to the showers. The only options available were outdoor showers with cold water by the pool, in full view of other guests, or several toilets around the property. However, no one could find or show me an actual bathroom with a shower. We ended up running around the whole area with the staff, trying to find one.
