Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole stay felt very luxurious. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and eating breakfast overlooking the jungle. The shuttle unto the Ubud centre was also very convenient.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, ok rooms

The food: worst food we ever had in Asia.It was spectacularly bad. 6 dishes, all terrible. The cake was smelling like fish ?! How is that even possible.Overpriced: come on you can’t apply prices like this , add 21% on top.The prices are so absurd for the quality of the food and drinks. They offered us Prosecco for the New years Eve buy one get one free that they finally charged 20 usd ahah. It’s not about the price, but about the practice. Smell: ok there is a forest around, but is not allowed to use any parfume in the rooms ?Customers can’t be fooled forever with such practices. If you want to stay in this hotel, it’s totally fine and acceptable. Just don’t use any restaurant there.

Clean, quite, friendly staff

It was such a wonderful stay with Arkamara Dijiwa. Great service, great facilities, very good breakfast and daily activities. Afternoon tea at juggan sky was also delicious. Everything was very satisfying and thoughtful. Daily shuttle service to ubud center was also very useful.

We loved that it was tucked away from the busy side of Ubud. The property is very well designed and super luscious, there are two pools with one of them with a shallower area. Staff learns your name quickly and ensures everything is on point at all time. There is a free daily shuttle to the Ubud markets, our breakfast was included and there was great cultural entertainment.

The design of the building, pool and landscaping was exceptional. The view from our bed was lovely in the morning and the view from the sky lounge was awesome at sunset. Service was perfect, and standard for Bali. Could have stayed there for weeks!

The location was a bit out of the way, but the shuttle service was great for getting into town, and being out of the hustle and bustle was a bonus.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very clean. Beautiful location. Kaukau restaurant was very good. I loved this place without any extra effort from the staff, but they went above and beyond when I accidently left some clothing behind. Their communication and service were excellent!

Staff, room, breakfast was excellent. Will definitely come back again.

The ambience, staff, quality and cleanliness

The sound from cultural night show in the night while i was trying to sleep in my room.The bbq dinner night buffet varieties did not meet my expectation.

the annoying sound that’s constantly there around the hoteli think it’s the one that keeps mosquito away or something but it was so loud:(the sound isolation in the rooms is not the best

amazing resort/villa complex. tucked away in the jungle area it added ti the scenery and relaxation feeling. the staff were amazing, pool facilities were both beautiful. the food was great and breakfast every morning was a great selection. the bar staff on the rooftop terrace bar were great, made excellent cocktails and friendly.

Everything! They upgraded my room to a villa, the villa was of course great. The hotel in general very well maintained, clean and modern. The staff were kind and helpful. The common pool was great. Big enough to swim and it’s nice to enjoy the view. Breakfast was with lots of choice. The roof top is with a rice field view.

Nothing really

Everything was perfect! The staff is amazing. Best hospitality I have had in years. Food was amazing, room was amazing and comfortable. Massage was the best!

Only flaw is the tv’s were not smart tvs. Other than that I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

This hotel is located not far from the city center of Ubud. It still provides a great jungle like vibe. Rooms are great and the views towards the pool and jungle is amazing. There is a good energy overall. Staff is incredible friendly.

It would have been great to have a gym. Everything is good in the hotel. The rooftop bar is a bit pricy for Bali. Generally speaking it is a great hotel.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff was so helpful and I'm sad I cannot rate this hotel enough because their service was exceptional. The lush greenery all around the hotel made everything beautiful.

It’s an amazing place to stay. The location is gorgeous, rooms are spotlessly clean and beautiful, both restaurant and rooftop bars are great but the key is people who work there and create an exceptional vibe where you feel welcomed every minute of your stay there.

We loved our stay in Arkamara. The hotel is beautiful the staff is very helpful and the food in both restaurant was outstanding! Although very little activities for kids, we loved staying at the hotel and enjoying the pool!

Location not very great ! Breakfast should have more options ! Food varieties can be improved !
