Wonderful hotel for the price. Great staff, beautiful property and clean

Staff were very helpful,stayed there for tow night they helped us for the scooty rental and late check out well.Very nice and comfortable stay.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the resort is located near Ubud, but in the middle of nature, the staff was always available and friendly and the breakfast location is lovely.

We could perfectly hear anything the people upstairs said, even if whispering. The toilet in the room had a few spiderwebs (but the room in general was clean, and they offered us a quick cleaning almost daily) and was quite dark.

I loved my upstairs room and the team are lovely. The spa needs to be renovated and the property needs a bit of a tidy up as it’s looking tired. But I had an incredible stay and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfy, great Wi-Fi, water pressure and I could sleep with the doors open and listen to nature :)

Sometimes the water pressure was very low and the wifi was spotty.

Amazing staff, very quiet location amongst the rice fields and not too far from the center of Ubud. The room was big, cosy and comfy but when there are people on the room upstairs then you get to hear every word, fortunately that only happen one night out of my week there.The staff would ask everyday if I wanted my room made, they were super friendly

The piping in the bathroom has some issues, sometimes it will « spit on you » and stop working for a minute, but other than that water was hot, that was nice.

The room is nice., its a wooden room. It has mini fridge, tea maker, hair dryer.Our room is upgraded to Pool View, so its right in front of the pool. It has a bathub but we dont use it.The breakfast is nice too.

Its not a big problem but when I use the wastafel, sometimes the water spray everywhere.Also, there is a little problem occured. Apparently the guest upstairs turn off their mini fridge, and the ice was melting, and it ran down and literally dropping to our room. I called the staff, and they immediately took care of it.

Property was actually a bit positive surprise, when we booked we were looking for a budget accomodation, but surprisingly, the room was spacious, bed comfortable, the aircon was pumping and made the room comfortable even with the extreme heat, they had bikes to rent at the entrance, water to refill, breakfast included and a pool. Considering we paid in off season/ wet season $26 per night, with breakfast included, for a couple, this was surreal.

I rent a room with bed canopy, but when I get there it was a normal bed. My wife booked a flower bath, and she doesn’t really liked it.

Smiling staff that adhered to our request to have particular rooms. Location is good to be bit away from noise and closer to the shopping street Jl. Raya Andong where same stuff is cheaper 2-3 times than central Ubud market. Having more choices for breakfast was also great, even though the breakfast was really simple.

Pool was very small (looks bigger in pictures), and if there's one family using the pool, not much room for others to join, so you either wait, or skip the day :) Walls are paper-thin, you can hear what people are talking around. Be sure to get the second floor, as if you are on the first and you have neighbours upstairs, you can hear every step of them. Wifi is pretty bad, zoom calls will definitely be interrupted several times.

The location was beautiful

It was very run down and not like the photos. The bathroom for the rooms we booked showed that there was a normal shower but when we got there we saw that it was just the shower head in the bathroom. It seemed like the property had not been taken care of and everything seemed very run down and not very clean (rooms, pool and amenities).

Resort environment is very nice. I love their all staffs because they are very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast is so good!

Many of insects inside the room. There are stains in the toilet and also the bathtub have many of insects due to their open window. There has been a musty smell in the room. But overall that’s not a major issue, all can be improve.

Lots of steep steps. Sound travels from every corner. The shower was a wet mess leaving a wet slippery floor to walk into for toilet at night. Also a few very short steps down from bed to bathroom easy to stumble

Superb gardens and bungalow, loved the view, comfy bed and tub in the bathroom.

A bit far from Ubud but super peaceful to be away like that so it’s fine. You’re pretty close to rice fields and waterfalls so it’s not a problem.

I loved the location. It was exactly what I was looking for: nature, rice fields, quietness, and relax.Also the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We liked that it was a bit further out of Ubud so much quieter than being in the city itself. The staff were very friendly and nice the whole time we stayed! There was the option of room service everyday - but you could also opt out which was good. Finally, it was great that if you chose to eat at the restaurant you could also eat it outside your room. This helped so much on days we were very tired!

There were a few things which could have been improved, such as the soundproofing between rooms. There was a loud family at the hotel and it was very loud in the room. Secondly, there were a few stains on our sheets so we think it's time to upgrade these for sure.

The lady who does the massage there is amazing. The best I've had since being in Bali this trip. Felt the best I've ever felt after hour and half warm stone massage I should have gone for more.Pool is nice too

Not about what I don't like served what I needed I just know there are a lot more lush beautiful other places to stay Surroundings not that great
