Purana Suite Ubud

The hotel is located on a busy main street right in the core area of Ubud. The street was very busy with traffic but the police at the intersection were very accommodating to get us safely across the street. There is a little grocery store not far from the hotel for any items you may like. You can walk to the Monkey Forest, Palace and Ubud market from the hotel. The staff are very polite and looking to accommodate you all the time. The a la carte breakfast was very good and served on our patio throughout our stay. It was a nice way to start the day. I had a free yoga classes with Yuli and what a pleasure it was to practice with her.

We were there during the rainy season so had a few rains. They were constructing a new restaurant and kitchen. The noise was constant through the day and near the end of our stay the construction carried well into the evening to try and complete the project.

The staff was perfect!! Breakfast was so tasty and the manager Anna was so helpful and sorted out the problem we had in a good manner.

Beautiful resort with large rooms and a big pool in the center. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, even a supermarket (Pepito) with Western Deli is in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, from reception to driver, all were super supportive to make our stay exceptional.

Excellent staff, very accommodating for our needs. Rooms and beds were excellent, especially if you have a bad back! Linens were super luxurious. Decor was lovely. Breakfast on our private balcony overlooking pool was amazing. Only 9/10 as they are renovating the restaurant (otherwise solid 10/10!) Location is oasis in middle of UBUD, so a rare find!

Clean, spacious room, close to pool, luxury hotel with artwork and restaurant. Wonderful staff.

You cannot run dehumidifier and AC at the same time, so you must choose between reducing the very strong musty smell and cooler temperatures. Bali was hot, rainy and humid when I arrived, but other hotels were not musty. Another issue is that the front of the hotel is currently under construction, and the sidewalk does not reach local shopping without going on the street which feels perilous.

Located within walking distance to Monkey Forest and numerous restaurants . Staff were outstanding. Welcoming and attentive.

Amazing staff, wonderful facilities and the lush foliage was so lovely to be around! The restaurant seems quiet so you may overlook- but don’t be fooled! The food was so amazing that even after going out to try different restaurants in the area, we still thought Purana’s meals were the best in the area, and consistently so! Similarly, their masseuses were great, and we wish we would’ve set more appointments up! Lastly- we HIGHLY recommend taking some tea or coffee to the top deck to watch the sunrise. It was magical, quiet, and so beautiful we could barely talk!

Nothing- just go here. It’s a real paradise, and the genuine kindness of the staff was out of this world.

The hotel is small which makes it feel more personable. I stayed for 10 days and felt like family by the end. The staff were friendly, obliging and extremely attentive.Location was good for access to central Ubud.Hotel was clean and food was great. Lovely pool area. If you don't like traffic noise, not so good. It is on one of the main roads. I wore my custom made earplugs. ?Plenty of eateries around, too.

It’s a small property but right in the middle of central ubud. They very kindly upgraded us to a two bedroom private pool villa. The staff were amazing they were so friendly and welcoming. Assisted us with everything we asked. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pool was a good size and was kept clean. The location is amazing, there are so many restaurants and activities to do near by. Very easy to get taxi or bikes.

Only few insects and mosquitoes but they gave us everything we needed to keep that away. Breakfast isn’t wow but there are so many options near by.

Staff were super friendly .Before I have arrived they have upgraded my booking because of some issue with my room . And when they knew we are in honeymoon they have gave us a Bali traditional meal and pineapple my wife and I really enjoyed the experience with them

Everything was excellent. For the facilities - clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, beautiful welcome flowers, lovely balcony overlooking the pool area, several areas to enjoy in the hotel, good massage services, good laundry services, tasty breakfast. For the staff - friendly, welcoming, attentive, detail-oriented, generous. They anticipated our every need, arranged free or discounted cultural activities, and added personal and thoughtful touches everywhere.
