Near food places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but the coffee was poor and service was very slow when they had more guests.

Children and Senior unfriendly. Too many stairs without railings. No shelter during wet weather. It was difficult and scary to walk after dark because of the steep stairs leading to the rooms. Room cleaning and lighting in the room could be better. Rooms by the entrance were noisy from the bar opposite the resort. But these rooms had fewer steps and bumpy ground.Room air con wasn't working well until the last day. They fixed it. Hair dryer was too weak to blow dry my hair.

The Garden was beautiful and very quiet and private. ! All kind of wonderful flowers, water features, beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast of fresh fruits and juices, eggs, bacon . The staff also prepares excellent breakfast boxes if you are going out earlier than the restaurant opens at 8am. The location was excellent..several very good restaurants across the street, Mexican, Japanese, Italian and Balinese as well as a good coffee shop and great Balinese massages and shopping. The resort is walking distance to the Palace, art market and water lotus temple. Staff organized an excellent driver named Made to pick us up at the airport, take us on several excursions to rice terraces, temples, waterfalls , and deliver us to the cruise ship Port. Everyone on staff was very lovely and helpful.

Located at the top end of Ubud, near the monkey forest. Lots of restaurants and spas on the same street and within a short walk. Room with own pool was lovely. Big firm bed, huge dressing room. AC was super cold!

Every night we could hear the bar over the road-band came on at 8pm and played until 11pm. Breakfast was only between 8-1030 and took a long time-fine for a slow morning but not so good if you had somewhere to be.

Excellent! It is rare that I give a 10 rating. A collection of cottages in lush gardens. Attractive pool. Very spacious room, with a sofa, kettle, very large bathroom. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking garden, everything I could possibly want. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, small buffet plus a cooked dish to order. I was there for the annual "Day of Silence", when I couldn't go out; they provided meals through the day (usually only breakfast). In the city centre, so close to everything, but still a peaceful location, plenty of cafes and restaurants just outside.

Someone went through my bag and helped themselves to some miscellaneous items when we were out . Reported to reception but they didn't seem too concerned.

The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. I understand that the number of guests is like in big hotels, but the breakfast could be with more options.

Excellent location. Can walk to the Main Street and attractions. Oasis of calm from the outside world. Lovely swimming pool. Large bathroom.

The location is perfect and the place is beautiful.

Very disappointed with the staff. I extended my stay for two more days since I had food intoxication. Medical unit came to treat me there. In these two days not even one person from the hotel came to see me or asked me if I need anything not even food. No humanity.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Great location and breakfast was good as well. The place is beautiful with all the plants and flowers. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this place.

The garden is stunning, the staff were generally very nice and helpful. They provided clean cribs for us. Easily walk to plenty of places of interest. The property itself is beautiful, breakfast is simple but fresh. But the rooms are very dated and could use an upgrade. The air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work properly either.

The bar across the street is extremely loud. If you’re staying in any of the units in the first half of the property then you most likely won’t get any sleep. It’s obnoxiously loud. Not the fault of the hotel but just not recommended if you’re a light sleeper or if you have children. Also lots of slippery steps. We all nearly fell down the steps to our rooms a few times. Not well lit enough at night and just not children, stroller or wheelchair friendly at all. The WiFi is super slow/ non existent.

I really liked that the location was just off Raya Ubud. There were restaurants and a convenience store right outside but once you enter Samhita, it was peaceful and tranquil. The size of the room was good and the garden was beautiful.

They only had bottled water. I tried to refill my flask or the previous bottles and they said they only used bottled water. That was disappointing given that Balinese in general have a lot of respect for nature. Being able to cut on single use plastic would would make the hotel excellent. Also a bidet in the toilet would have been great.

The location in the centre of Ubud is fantastic. There are so many restaurants and lively bars nearby. The villa we stayed in was a bit older (not actually a criticism as far as I am concerned, but other guests have raised it), but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast area is lovely, and I enjoyed the fruit everyday, and the selection of eggs different ways.
