restaurant served good food but selection was a bit limited

the room was too dark, should have more artificial light. our room was a bit damp as no sunlight reaches the room - but had always a cool room.

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many places within walking distance, such as the monkey forest, and several temples. The staff were very kind, and provided excellent customer service. I'd like to give a special thanks to Nyoman, who drove us to a spa and picked us up when my friend twisted her ankle and wasn't able to walk.

Excellent location. Rooms very spacious but a bit tired. Pool was beautiful. No pool bar facilities even though it was advertised.

You can’t get more central than this - this hotel is right in the middle of everything, within a few minutes’ walk of the money forest and many restaurants and shops. And yet, the hotel grounds are roomy and feel like a refuge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were there during Nyepi, and had a great time; the hotel restaurant and pool were open.

Brilliant stay the deluxe studio is amazing nice balcony with access to the pool very clean room which gets cleaned everyday, very large and brilliant bathroom. The staff are so kind and polite can book everything u need through reception.Would defo recommend

The level of noise on the first night. I was also unwell so that didn’t help. Bed was a little too firm/hard.

We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms which have their own walkway into the pool. The pool is lovely - as it the area surrounding it. The gardens are maintained daily. Our room was large and well-equipped and the bathroom had a large hot tub. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, serving food from the restaurant out front to people sat around the pool. We certainly enjoyed out stay.
