Everything was perfect

This is a piece of heaven. The villa is luxurious and the best I’ve stayed at in Bali after many visits to Bali. Love after a hot day you come to a villa which is all you need in terms of size and beautiful in terms of comfort and aircon. The service from the moment we arrived to when we left was outstanding ❤️.The ubud market is at your doorstep and restaurants etc a 15 min walk. In the heat sometimes it was hard to walk back so would catch a grab. Just a tip to get picked and dropped off at side with no steps. We caught a grab to have dinner at Bonnie which is over the other side of ubud.The breakfast is amazing and better than expected by our pool (we booked the sunset deluxe villa).Ubud is crazy busy but coming home to this villa was the best!!!5 stars ⭐️

Absolutely loved the secluded and romantic feel of the property. The grounds were well kept, the staff continually had mosquito repellent contraptions lit to provide a patio mosquito free and the location was absolutely perfect… only minutes away (walking) from the main road and center Ubud. The staff was absolutely accommodating, genuinely friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast offered was top notch. Always made fresh to order and delicious. We left the property like we were ready to book another visit with 11 on Kajeng on the same day we left. We will be back, sooner than later. I definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone! We love you 11 on Kajeng

There was nothing we “did not like”!Our only suggestion would be installing solar lights in the darker areas of the stairway. Definitely not a dealbreaker.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not only was the room perfect (like the photos) and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. They arranged a private yoga class by the pool to meet our schedule and helped me book Grab taxis for the first time. They went above and beyond for us. The location is perfect to see Ubud , with the market just outside. So much to do within walking distance. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my hat when I left, but after I contacted them, they arranged an affordable delivery to Nusa Dua, which was my next stop.

Exceptional location. Right in the heart of Ubud. And yet SO quiet! You would never know you’re so close to the markets, palace, and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I truly felt like a friend being hosted in someone’s home. They took care of my every need with a warm smile. My bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in all of Bali! Every breakfast was prepared with such attention and care for details. I loved the floating breakfast experience. The mani/pedi I had was excellent. Can’t say enough good things and I hope to one day return. I feel like I have friends here. Thank you for all you do!

The staff at 11 on Kajeng are extaordinary. Creative in their solutions to anything a guest might need, generously expressing the true Balinese values toward others. Unbelievably quiet, elegant accomodation in the heart of Ubud.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good and quiet even though we were close to the centre. Rooms were clean.

The shower was in need of some attention. The flooring was loose.

The rooms are set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool, a very tranquil setting yet just off “walking street”. Located near the start of the rice terrace walk too & approx 10 mins walk to the centre of Ubud.Great staff, lovely breakfast served by the pool

This is a tropical paradise in Ubud! We loved our stay here and were very sad to leave. The staff are super helpful, friendly and do everything to make your stay perfect. I highly recommend 11 on Kajeng and will 100% return!

Unparalleled service, care, and understated luxury. Perfect boutique hotel and walking distance to Ubud palace (the center) and right by a rice patty field walking trail.I had the deluxe room, so aesthetic, like modern vintage elegance. The private outdoor pool is super relaxing. They arranged in room services like mani and pedi and massages. I loved it all and would easily book again. Anything you want, just ask. They will take care of you. Call ahead to let them know you are arriving so they can meet you and help with bags. It’s better than 5-star service.Thank you so much for making my stay very memorable and special (personal touches like bday cake, bouquets, and so much more).

Despite all the wonderful reviews, not one mentions the 60 odd stairs needed to climb to access the property. Even visiting reception to check out requires descending more than half these stairs .. 33 in fact. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped but the grounds attract many mosquitoes.

Everything! From how quiet it is even if it’s located in the middle of Ubud. I love how personalized the property is. It feels like visiting family. I love the staff they are so friendly and made me feel so at home!

Location, staff, cleanliness

Laundry. Three items ruined. When we brought this to their attention they didn’t charge us but £40 worth of clothes ruined.

Despite being just steps away from the busy streets the hotel was wonderfully quiet, offering the best of both worlds.Breakfast was a highlight, delicious options to start the day right. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly memorable.Our only regret? We couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was fully booked—a testament to how fantastic this place is! If you’re visiting Ubud, I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Property designed by people with wonderful artistic taste. Truly wonderful Staff. Very accommodating and great communications to guests before, during and after the stay.

Some humidity smell. But minor issue.

The pool villa has been decorated tastefully, it feels like coming home. Everything present what you need, the pool was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and responded fast, and was on occasions pro active too. The location is excellent: in the heart of Ubud but still relatively quiet and very close to the rice fields

The manager onsite is a good man and really tried to assist us, but the English owners overruled him in his attempts to deliver good service.

We have been coming to Bali for 15 years now and this place has very little to do with Bali or the high quality standards here.The place itself and the cottages are very European styled. And it's very expensive compared to its competition with outdated and broken features.We don't understand the great reviews about the beds to be honest, they are very firm. When we complained we got a topdeck, but as shown on the picture they just put some foam on the mattress. Very sweaty. The air-conditioning is placed right above your face. Guaranteed sore throats. And on top of it, the airco's are old and broken. Set on 16 degrees is the only way to cool a bit (normally 23-25), the lowest setting. So not further adjustable. The photos are very misleading due to the used lens. The place is tightly small, staff is not around like they should in a resort, only reachable by whatsapp. The unmanned restaurant place is just as small, all packed together in a claustrophobic environment. And that 12 hours waterfall in the pool gets really annoying after a while. No quietness the whole day. We understand that first comers love it here, but that's mainly because they have not tried the competition yet.Our advice with our 15 years on Bali, search for a more Balinese resort experience, much more value for money for a better rate
