Element by Marriott Bali Ubud

All the staff are lovely people and cannot do enough for you. Our room was kept very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I had the most amazing 2 hour massage!!

Everything the food, the room and especially the exceptional staff was wonderful. I felt truly pampered and the level of luxury exceeded my expectations. Many high-end hotels maintain their standards, but what makes this one exceptional is the warm, friendly staff who genuinely go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely stay.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The breakfast is exceptional - it's been a long time since we've encountered a hotel with such an extensive breakfast offering where everyone can find something they love (10/10). The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel offers daily yoga sessions at 7:00 AM in small groups, conducted outdoors, which is a lovely touch.We never had any issues finding loungers by the pool, the pool is pristine, and it offers a beautiful view of the jungle. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to central Ubud, which is quite convenient. Walking from the hotel to central Ubud takes about 30-40 minutes (approximately 1.5km), but given the heavy traffic in Bali, walking isn't the most pleasant option. You can also easily rent a scooter.

Overall, we rate our stay 10/10. The only thing we would change is that there was a slight humidity issue in the room with a characteristic musty odor, though this wasn't something that greatly bothered us. However, in my opinion, this shouldn't be present in a 5-star hotel.

It was a fabolous stay in Element - Ubud.Thanks to Gusti for upgrading our room - my mom just loved it - room was facing the pool and it was an absolute delight to have our early morning tea in the mini garden :)Breakfast was amazing, well spread. We really slept well. This was a surprise holiday for my mother and she absolutely loved it. Kudos to your staff :) Place is near to Ubud central but the traffic is bad. If you walk it will take around 20-30 minsThere are series of shops nearby which you can take a look while walking

The location is nice but not during high season. It’s overcrowded.

Where to start? There is no sound isolation and we were right near the basketball area and pool. The balcony door just wouldn’t completely close and it was very noisy in the room. You expect it to be peaceful and relaxing but in the reality it’s opposite.

Overall good hotel stay except for some comments.

Pool water was cold.Needs hygiene improvement specifically with insects. Our observation of breakfast was wired as like the variety but noticed that some of the staff are returning unused food from guests plates back to the main buffet. I found small bugs in the vegetables station.Highly priced compared to the received service.

The staff were friendly, very attentive and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained with open airy balconies very welcoming.

There is nothing to say that is negative!

Good hotel!

Breakfast should have more fruit options. The food at the restaurant could be better. One night we went to have pizza, but we couldn’t eat it!

The breakfast was good, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel service was excellent.

There are no restaurants around the hotel and the supermarket is also quite far away.

The hotel is very well located. It's a good base for trips around the island. Beautiful spacious rooms, a terrace overlooking the garden. Quite a large pool, and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows delighted our daughter :) The staff is very friendly and constantly inquiring about our comfort. The food in the restaurant is very good, with juices from local fruits and delicious Asian cuisine. Overall, we rate our stay as very successful

Clean

We left our bags for storage when checking out and told them when we’d be back to go to the airport. But when we got back the person with the keys to the storage room was out - it was very stressful at they couldn’t open the room and had to get someone to come break the door - we almost missed our flights - they should keep keys like that on premises especially when customers have flights to catch

Great value for money. Location is amazing, really close to Ubud Downtown but out of the downtown traffic. Small details made the stay really nice: spacious room, super comfortable and very big beds, dark blackouts which really made our stay perfect.

A very lovely hotel in Ubud, strategically located, loving the activities (especially the bonfire and marshmallows), loving the pools, the foods are great and tasty—although there’s room for improvements on the breakfast selections.

The facilities are great. It’s a new hotel.

We could hear people moving around upstairs on the floor above one of the evenings. A bit shocking for Westin. The gym could use a few more equipment as the property does have a lot of space. The breakfast was low on protein options

The staff at the Elements Resort in Ubud were really fantastic, always showing a keen interest in what we were planning on doing and providing great advice on what to go and see. Being in a wheelchair, it's difficult to pick places to go see in Bali, as not everything is accessible. But the staff were really helpful, for example suggesting a waterfall spot that has an elevator, https://ommabali.com/ The room was great, had a little balcony with some chairs and a table, where spent evening having a drink and chatting. We can really recommend the Elements Resort in Ubud!

Nothing major springs to mind. Being in a wheelchair, the ramps down to the spa area were a bit steep (a good workout for some, others might need a bit of a push). But this is really being picky! Overall there were no major issues!
