hotel staffs are really kind. they were trying their best. they come and organise the room everyday which is great.rooms are spacious but not very clean,lots of spider webs. shuttle service to ubud was useful.

pool was ridiculously small. you can just take some instagram pics thats all. gym!! it was smaller than our bathroom in the room. it was just there to tick a box. restaurant was horrible.foods, drinks everything was bad. shower gel stinks.

the scene is soo amazing also the rooms are so big and comfy also the breakfast and sky grill are amazing.

The staff is very nice and the property is good however,the floor of our villa need to be fixed it makes noise while walking and water come.

The water pump below the pool area noisy and all day. An explanation would have been great.

A good place to stay in Ubud. Comfy beds, Infinity pool, very good breakfast, friendly staffs.

Exceptional staff. Beds were very comfortable and the massages were incredible.

Room above us moved furniture until 1am every night. Food was ok, not outstanding, but ok.

I love this hotel, their staff especially Manny and Rosita from the reception made everything better. Even lea from the Restaurant made our stay pleasant. Their facilities are great!!

The staff were super friendly and efficient in performing their duties. They were at all times super attentive to the guests needs and requirements. The restaurant, both in its setting, its menu and service was again, excellent.

Just about the only negative was the incredibly noisy pump located just below the hotel. This made for a relaxing time around the pool not so achievable. It was jarring and worked well to take the sublime out of the beautiful location.

Nice view, great design and nice people. Breakfast was perfect. We loved this place.

We liked how beautiful the resort was. Quiet and tucked away.Friendly staff, always smiling.

We didnt like being charged for a bottle of wine which we were told was complimentary bu the usher. Furthermore the food was over priced and a serviced charge was added to our bill everytime. We dis not get to decide what the tip would be.The portions were also pretty small.

Everything was just perfect . Staff was so friendly, room clean . Breakfast food is well .

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hygiene was absolutely terrible—After a long and exhausting day, upon entering the room for the first night, I was shocked to discover that the bedding had large, noticeable stains on it, which was both unpleasant and completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards.I have attached photos to show the condition of the bedding as evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible for me to stay in the room, so I checked out in the middle of the night and booked another hotel…….DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL! DISGUSTING & WAY TOO MUCH MONEY!I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Everything!Great view, very welcoming and approachable staff, ideal facilities, tasty food, to name a few. Everything is so well thought and organized so you feel relaxed and enjoy your stay. The great atmosphere of the hotel makes you enjoy even the rainy days. And shuttle service to the town is a nice bonus.

Everything was excellent. The staff were exceptional, attentive and very friendly. Absolutely loved the stay here. The location and the views were amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything that you needed. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool was a stunner and had forest views. The breakfast buffet was great and we were looked after by the staff very well. Must stay accommodation and would definitely stay there again whenever we are back!

The dinner was mediocre and the meat that I had didnt taste that good. Apart from this everything else was top notch

We stayed in a villa with a private pool and it was one of the most gorgeous hotels we’ve stayed at. It was so clean and beautiful. The pool was lovely and the trees/plants enabled total privacy. The bed was comfy and overlooked the pool, which was so lovely to wake up to. The bathroom was big and spacious and the air con was amazing, kept us cool throughout the night. We really did not want to leave. The staff were amazing and so kind/professional at all times. Thank you so much!!

Friendly staff

The room is very old and smells bad, it was next to the restaurant so there was a noise all the time of music and restaurant staff talking. I couldn’t sleep the wholeNight, and bed was very uncomfortable Room service, food was very bad, breakfast as well, is very bad, no variety of choices.The pool is far, you need to take many stairs and very small compared to the hotel size, and only 5 people and pool is crowded, even if it s view is amazing but you don’t feel privacy
