    • such a beautiful and calm place! absolutely magical. the staff was amazing, very attentive, polite and always helpful. the food was lovely too - mie goreng was my daily brekkie ?absolutely definitely coming back and would recommend the hotel to anyone going. i’ll say again - ABSOLUTELY STUNNING
    • Everything was excellent, the scenic beauty, the Wedja Restaurant, the staffs were very professional and helpful.
    • The hotel is beautiful and it has so much potential. We booked the villa and it was very spacious, tv with Netflix and YouTube already logged in, beautiful view, it was almost perfect for what we needed to rest a few days. The floor was always very clean to walk barefoot.

    Cons -

    • everything was perfect
    • Kindly keep universal adapter more for people from India and other countries, it becomes difficult to charge your phone or laptop without that.
    • We were expecting a different service for the kind of hotel it is.There was always something missing and we always needed to ask for something. When we arrived we had 3 Towels each (one big, one medium and one small), when then we asked to change the towels because we stayed for 5 nights, they only replaced the big one and left us with only 1 towel each. The sink in the toilet was leaking and it made a huge stain on the floor, they came to fix it the first day but it still leaked and we stayed with water on the floor during the remained of our stay. When we arrived the water in the bath wasn’t draining but then it was fixed quickly. We also had breakfast included and I’ve called them in advance to advise them that I am vegan and they told me there was no problem. I also remind them at check in and same, there is no problem, until I actually went to have breakfast and the staff and the restaurant was completely unprepared and everytime I told them I’m vegan they direct me to the gluten free menu. I had to tell them every day about my avocado toast (which btw was soggy and not toasted at all) no egg, no cheese and no ham. Every day I got a different order and one day it arrived with egg. For this kind of restaurant the level of the service is very low. We always had to ask for a cutlery missing or a spoon or something else. For what we paid and for whatever it supposed to be is not worth it. We received a better service in Indonesia in hotels when we paid way less and local warung more accommodating even when they don’t speak English.Lastly, I had an injury on my foot and I told at reception if I could have a beg of ice to put on my foot, they brought me a glass of ice. It was frustrating because everyone speaks English but they don’t seem to understand.I wouldn’t stay here again unless they would improve their service.

Beautiful bungalows, kind staff, great nature around

I highly recommend the breakfast. I had one of the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. The staff were very friendly.

The TV did not access anything. The mattress was not too comfortable. The front door took a lot of force to close.

The whole resort was fabulous. Such a beautiful lush estate and little paradise. The rooms were to authentic and clean and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Really love my time here and would absolutely come back!

Beautiful wooden houses in lush greenery, a simply stunning place for privacy. Excellent restaurant and a small flower garden, a lake full of lotuses. I love it!

An attempt to take a bath failed after an hour and a half of trying to fill it with hot water. The hot water ran for about a minute, and then became just warm. Was frustrating.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort in Bali. The entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well organized. My villa was immaculate, and the swimming pool was both clean and stunning — perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and serene, making it an ideal place to unwind. What truly stood out was the staff: always kind, welcoming, helpful, and smiling, which made me feel genuinely cared for. The restaurant was gorgeous, offering delicious food and exceptional service that exceeded my expectations.Overall, this resort provided the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Bali.

    Everything was perfect

Beautiful atmosphere indeed. They have a lovely garden which is a top notch attraction in the resort. I booked a wooden villas which were not as comfortable as the bathroom seems very open and lacks some amenities such as Hairdryer and clothes iron. The mattress is very tough. The staffs however were very helpful. Asked for universal power adapter, mosquito repellent and extra water bottle, got it very quickly. They have scooter rental service which is really very helpful. We didn’t tried any food there as we were exploring Ubud’s eatery so no comments on that. Overall, the stay was pretty good. Thanks

The staff was very kind and the hotel itself is very pretty

The location is not good, very far from basically everything, the room is really simple… old room

    3abhinavPosted on: 10-24-2025

The resort is beautifully built, giving you the feeling of being close to nature. It offers a decent mix of luxury and comfort.good pictures spot

The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful.Manager was dismissive and refused to provide her contact number.Owner showed complete disregard for guest concerns, asking staff to have security throw us out.Despite being one of the most expensive resorts of our trip, the experience was the worst memory of our stay. The included breakfast was terrible — both in quality and especially in quantity, given the high price of the stay.Overall, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing.

This place is truly magical! If you want a real Bali feel this is it! The pool is divine and the food was the best we had in our 2 weeks in Bali!

The location was the only negative thing about this property. Everything was a 25 min taxi ride. They offer one 10 am shuttle to Ubud Central.

Gardens and pool were lovely. Staff attentive and professional. Rice fields a plus.

The loud music in the night and early morning hours. We were told it was a monthly moving festival. One of our two nights, our sleep was interrupted by the loud sounds. Aside from that, it was a nice stay. There were no USB ports to charge our devices and our adapters did not fit the outlets and the hotel didn’t have any for us to borrow.

The place itself it is very nice. You are surrounded by nature. It can be a perfect experience, but it was just nice. The room can be a nice experience too, if it is well maintained. The restaurant atmosphere and its surrounding garden are amazing.

This is just a personal experience that might not entirely reflect the comfort and quality of the overall services. I mostly disliked that it was raining on us during the first night, in the room, with floor flooded, everything wet, it was a nightmare until next day when we moved in a very nice and dry room. Also, in the first room, the bed and the pillows and the towels were all stained, and we complained, and they were changed. Which was good. It would be nice not to ask for things that are normal .The fact that we have been offered just a massage or a lunch around 300k idr or so, for sleeping in the flooded room and not even being offered the money back that we paid for the first night we didn't accept their offer. From our point of view, we were sleeping outside during the first night, and we got sick after that, not being able to experience Ubud. We had to recover and took 5 days to get well. They said they can't control the weather, we know it was raining strongly, but I am pretty sure you can and must control what it is inside, your responsibility to make your guests feel good and safe. Who do you think would come there to fight the room being flooded all night if it rains outside? The second room was dry and safe, and much cleaner. Why didn't you offer that room from the beginning, and you would have had the nicest 10 out of 10 review. The fact that you have to choose what to eat at breakfast the day before. We were forced to choose first breakfast before even getting the room keys, after a long day traveling there.the fact that we had to leave 350k idr as deposit for getting the keys, never ever had to do this before. I don't understand. What else, you don't get the keys if you don't give the deposit???The fact that the kettle cable was shorter than the distance from the table to the socket ?.....

We loved this resort. It was beautiful with wonderful views from our room. It was located in a great part of the city, we attended a community ceramony down the street. The restaurant food was delicious, we ate there every night.

    Nothing, except leaving.

Visited Ubud with my sister for a couple of days. The resort was really nice – a great choice for nature lovers. The restaurant was also very good. Many thanks to the ladies working at the clothing shop, Ari and Imel, for their extraordinary help and professionalism. And a big thank you to the best driver in the world, Ryan!
