Pros +
- Location: Walking distance from restaurants and shopping stores.Balcony: I loved the balcony. It is overlooking the swimming pool, nice place to relax outside the room and read in open air with ambient light.
- Restaurants.Place was ok
- The room was spacious and clean, with lots of room to put clothes and accessories, meaning I didn't have to live out of my suitcase and it actually felt like home. The bathroom was immaculate, the aircon cooled down the entire room and the balcony was spacious and had a great view. The staff were lovely and helped with everything, the pool was beautiful and clean and the whole hotel was quiet and didn't feel crowded at all. It was also in the perfect spot, far enough from the action that all I could hear were birds, but close enough to get around by foot (about a 15min walk to the main street in Ubud).
Cons -
- Bathroom: There’s an open window that has no closure. Mosquitos come through that small window. Exhaust fan is a bit noisy sometimes. Lighting needs to improve.Aircon: After some time, the aircon started dripping and it’s a lot of puddle in the room. Had to use pail to catch the drips.Breakfast: It was supposed to be an intro to Indonesian food but the breakfast wasn’t enticing.
- I was put on top level with back injury.I requested to change rooms which they did at a extra charge eventually I was put on lowest level on day 3I did send email but they never got it failed
- The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows were a bit lumpy. The only vegan breakfast option was avo toast and fruit, would be nice to have some plant based milks for the coffee but then again there was a mini-mart right next door so not a major issue at all!

The front desk lady is very nice and helpful. Service people also very nice. Restaurant service and local food is fine.
The facility is horrible. A/C and bathroom fan both making loud noise, can not sleep. Pillow smells and inside pillow has existing blood stain and hair. Bathroom smells like sewage. Wash basin facut is lose and moving around. Shower water is inconsistent. We checked one day earlier and requested refund after 1st night.
The welcome was lovely. The room was a good size, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was quite good. Swimming pool was really nice. The staff were amazing and arranged a fantastic driver for us to take us to various places and also to and from the airport.
There was a damp smell in the room probably due to the inordinate amount of rainfall in the previous days. It didn't affect our stay as we literally only slept in the room.
quick check in and room change
had to change room as the booked one had sewage smell
Simple place to stay, with a good location.
Facility is outdated, very basic rooms and bathroom.
The location and the staff were super helpful
The sink and the toilet were like broken
Ambience & breakfast
Bed not good & side wise slope
Nice view and swiming pool, perfect location (close to everthing and still calmer than main streets), amazing pancakes and fresh juices for brekfast.
Great location.Good quality beds
Bathroom a bit smelly. Could be improved
Loved everything about this place. A nice, calm, serene place in the middle of Ubud but still next to a farm which is nice and beautiful. What we liked the most was how the staff were so polite and took care of all our wishes. The room ( we used two rooms - a suite, with a bathtub and semi open bathroom) and a deluxe room( with a beautiful balcony). We loved both rooms. The breakfast is not a big buffet but something you have to choose from a menu. We loved the food and staff were very friendly. The location is perfect for a family with young kids. The Ubud market is not very far away and you can find taxis and cars just outside. Not just, there are two convenience stores( well stocked) next to the properties, so our young ones could get want they wanted quickly. Overall, great experience!!!!
During checkout, we could not find a small teaspoon belonging to the property. I think we moved it between the rooms that we used. The cleaning staff got pretty stressed with this, and this annoyed us a bit. Once we found it, everything was okay. :-).
The location is at walking distance to Ubud Palace and Campuhan Ridge Walk. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The pool was really nice, the rooms were big and the view from the terrace was all nature.
The breakfast was pretty basic.
Lovely accommodation close to the busy centre
Could have better linen and towels
We have stayed here 4 times now and we love everything about it. Perfect location, lovely pool and room and nice staff. We always have Ketuk pick us up-he is one of the drivers the hotel offers for pick up but he and his wife lilly also have a stall for excursions at the hotel and we have always used them as they organise everything. Perfect stay every time.
Great size room and lovely garden, pool and view of rice fields. There was lots of mould on the walls though....
Very good hotel in great location..The room was exceptional with a fantastic open area bathroom and shower. Breakfast also very good.Only bad thing encounter was wifi dropped out quite a lot.
Location-little deep inside the road, so bit walk from palace.Room-Uncomfortable as bed is small. Almost no table n chair to use. Too many lizards.Ambience-Looks beautiful surrounding with good greenery & Pool.Food-Limited (no buffet) but good if you eat egg (no pure veg).Reception & staff leaves at 10pm and returns at 7am. So, its deserted after 10pm.Overall - Not recommended for families as feels lonely & lizards.
Easy, super friendly staff, so helpful.
Could hear a bit of scooter noise, but not when I went to bed. Just day time along lane way, but much better than other main road.
Felt very private and quiet, yet accessible by foot to the monkey forest and lots of shops and restaurants. Our room had a cute outdoor shower, comfortable bed, and the restaurant was lovely. The pool is nice as well. Staff was helpful.
Not being able to refill our water bottles - every hotel should have a clean water dispenser for guests to refill their bottle in order to help reduce the amount of plastic bottles being used and thrown away every day.
