Distance to centre is a little far for older people and the hotel has a lot of stairs.

The resort was designed in a Balinese traditional style.

The property needs upkeep. Things are starting to wear out but the repairs are not done well. The room has a musty smell caused by the drain not having a proper P trap and the room not vented properly. May need to a health risk. Location was far from the main town if your walking.

Breakfast was decent but not great. I've had better quality breakfast at other resorts in the same neighborhood.

AC in the room didn't work well.

Lizard every where …. In the wall the balcony door has gabs lets the lizard to go in. When we talk to the reception to remove the lizard from the room they said it’s normal here in Bali. Maybe it’s normal for them but not for others … however they remove it and all good. After all it’s nice place a good breakfast

Absolutely breathtaking! In the middle of the jungle with beautiful nature sounds and a peaceful atmosphere ? Comfortable and clean bed and they clean your room every day. The staff works really hard and are exceptionally helpful and friendly! We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it! It’s just so beautiful ?

The property overall was very peaceful and green. Their are two pools and the one inside is really good. Even their breakfast was good, you can order according to what you want to avoid wastage. The location is also pretty good.

The room doesn't have enough plug points, we literally had one plug point for everything. Also there is no faucet in the bathroom. That for me shows lack of hygiene!

The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great, the property is stunning and well-located in the heart of old Ubud, and the room was gorgeous and comfortable!

Well located, nice bedroom size. The staff are great.

Breakfast is a bit late (starts at 7:30). As normally we left to go to the tours at 6:30, the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box. It was Very simple, without any juice or coffee, so could at least has something to drink. The worse part is that unfortunately in two different days we woke up with cockroach in the apartament.

Breakfast was lovely, there is a menu you order off of the day before and staff make it fresh the next morning. Also love the breakfast was from 6:30am to 11am giving flexibility

The only thing is the big ants near pool area

Doors to balcony didn’t close fully so many ants came in to the room during our stay

This property is very near to the ubud market.Rooms and property both are very beautiful and clean.

Close to the center, yet pleasantly quiet. A wonderful place with kind and helpful staff. Our room and the pool were both clean. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I highly recommend it!

Really nice resort, staff were friendly and breakfast was good, have to order that the night before. Good location quick taxi ride into the centre, super quiet at night and massive bedrooms. Few lizards visited but got to be expected when in the jungle. Overall really enjoyed my stay!

Great resort- spacious rooms with nice balcony overlooking the rainforest and a big bath. Pool area is super nice and peaceful, surrounded by rainforest. Nice low key staff. Excellent value could easily be rated 4 stars.
