    Pros +

    • Staff were warm welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was always good and delivered with a friendly welcoming smile
    • In the middle of nowhere-money oriented!
    • Quiet place and beautiful and the stuff so sweet and helpful ?

    Cons -

    • Could do with a general tidy up, but otherwise a lovely place to stay
    • I went to see the place beforehand and it was just a few rooms in the middle of nowhere, nowhere to go around and not hard to imagine the mosquito rate around sunset. I didn’t stay. And they still charged me for the whole 4 nights (!) even though I explained my situation kindly. And it’s not a cheap place compared to several great hotels that are way more central anyway. So it’s a big no!
    • Difficulty it was raining so difficult to walk with a kid inside the hotel they try to fix it but still for kids it hard

-The location, quiet peacefull place in the middle of Ubud-Friendly staff-Good Pickup when ever you need one, they'ill get you from Central Parking-Good breakfast with good coffee

    -Toilet seat must be replaced

The location is excellent and so are the breakfasts. So happy to see biodegradable straws.

It’s tired. There is no top sheet on the bed. There is no rack for drying towels and bathers. No tea cups.

Spacious, separate rooms with ensuites, villa swimming pool.

Not particularly private due to construction site next door - could see into main bathroom through glass doors.

This is a a peaceful place, clean and comfortable. People are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good, especially the omelette.Recommendation for travellers to check instructions for arrival ahead of time. Hotel provides transfer by scooter to the main parking lot. Overall great Ubud experience

Fantastic location. Our own little oasis just off the chaotic main streets of Ubud! Staff were so friendly and helpful tooOur 2 bed villa was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank u

Lovely stay, staff were very friendly. Free scooter service into Ubud town made it very easy to access all services of the town whilst staying in a quiet location away from all the noise.

Room was comfortable but needs a new coat of paint. Outside bath was lovely but the shower barely works. Great AC to keep cool. Hairdryer provided has the wrong plug so is useless. Quite a walk from the Main Street especially at night when it is very dark and scooters go flying past you. Staff were good at communicating but could be disorganised with certain aspects of the stay. Overall a decent stay. Definitely not for people who are wanting a quick walk into town. No access via car so be mindful when packing bags as they will need to be carried on the back of a scooter.

Very kind personnel, always willing to help and with the smile on the face. I particularly liked the fact that they accommodated my request on the room set up (single beds) and also that they offered the breakfast box option since I had to leave for my trip a lot earlier than the breakfast time. Also the 24-hr transfer service from and to the hotel from the central Ubud parking was very convenient and well organized. Great location with the rooms overseeing the ricefields and very calm.

Great position for peace and quite amongst the rice fields. Nice, clean and comfortable villasAmazing outdoor shower and bath

Great place to relax after the mad streets of Ubud

Staff was not always attentive to my requests to be picked up so I had to walk several times

    8HannahPosted on: 3-3-2025

The location and friendly staff make this place wonderful to stay at. It’s lovely to stroll around the rice fields and come back to the pool to relax!

Rooms are a little dated/lack maintenance.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The surroundings are really beautiful and peaceful. One for those that like nature and want to get out of the centre of Ubud.

Not a criticism but just to note that it’s quite a long walk into town and not safe at night to walk as it’s very dark, narrow roads. You have to either rent a scooter to stay here or the hotel run a free scooter service to take you into town. This runs 24 hours but would not be for anyone that does not wish to ride a scooter as it is not accessible by car.

Pool was nice and private massage in room was exceptional. Other than that, it was quite underwhelming.

    - Location is access by bike only so it's annoying if you're not up to hiring your own bike, the hotel does offer transfers to main street by request, and we did wait 30 minutes for someone to take us but other than that it was immediate transfer.- Bathroom was underwhelming and benches hadn't been properly cleaned could see scum build up on tables.- Mattresses were shocking, quite hard. I prefer a medium mattress.- Shower was shocking, pressure was near to nothing, and you had to wait at least 15 mins for it to heat up. wasn't ideal.

Incredible location, a few minutes from the centre by foot or scooter (no cars can go to the villas). Surrounded by peaceful nature and beautiful rice fields. Staff was incredibly helpful, free shuttle on scooter for luggage and people to the centre. We really liked it.

    5GiedrePosted on: 2-3-2025

It’s very quiet there, and there are nice walks and cafes with views of the nearby rice fields.

My villa required deep cleaning from the floor to the ceiling. Black dust/insect remains were falling from the ceiling onto the bed. The cushions on the patio and the curtains were dirty, mouldy walls. The only glass had lipstick stains. It doesn't mention in the description that the villas are only accessible on foot or on a motorbike! However, the guys are skilled drivers and can take the suitcases on a motorbike.

The setting next to rice fields was nice. Spacious room and ac worked well. Beautiful grounds around

If you have a neighbor guest, you can pretty much hear everything. Also the place wasn’t as nice as I thought from the pics. Cleaning staff should use hydrochloric acid to clean shower wall to get rid of hard water stains. Also the wall paint was falling off and they just need to do better maintenance all around. We had a constant issue with ants in the bed I think they were coming in from ceiling and descending on the mosquito net. Not sure.
