The location was good

There’s foul smell of the toilet drain in the room all throughout your stay and we confirmed it was in other people next to us rooms too

The hotel's landscaping and gardening is quite good; the pool is quite okay and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms not properly attended. Housekeeping seems to be weak. Breakfast if somewhat okay but very limited choices.

This hotel is absolutely amazing — beautifully designed and well-maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly; they even cooked the food exactly the way we requested. The floating breakfast was exceptional and such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay!

the poof in front of the bed I have scratched my leg so many times on that needs to be removed or put in a different spot also pillows are too big

Clean and quite all what I was looking for

There should be a telephone to contact the receptionist also I would like to have hair dryer and iron without requesting that would be easier.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and easy to travel around. As a solo woman traveler I also felt very safe staying at this place.

Big Rooms and Bed.

Wash Rooms is not clean

Staff are kind. We rent a motorbike with them. It’s close to the city but you’re around rice fields which is nice. The bed was comfortable

The pool was not clean, it was green. In the room it smells so bad in the bathroom. Not good enough for the price.

The blt sandwich had too much mayo

We loved everything about this location: the price, the food, the location, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. They were very lovely and the garden was stunning.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the inside of the villa was immaculate and the location was good.

The pool didn’t appear very clean, the water was green. There was a lot of ants and lizards everywhere.

The staff is super nice and helpfull. The location is amazing because it’s in a quiet area but the center is easy to reach with Grab. The atmospheer of this place is just amazing

The room was very clean but they need to maintenance some parts in the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay!

The staff are the highlight of our stay here! They were so friendly, genuinely interested in us as guests and really helpful with local recommendations and activities to do. It was refreshing to have a pool and they have a decent restaurant on site so on nights we didn’t fancy eating out we could just order to the room or eat in the restaurant. The room was spacious and relatively clean and I appreciated having a tv in the room albeit it only had one English speaking channel that replayed the same shows each day with the odd new show or movie added. Bedding, towels and toiletries were changed everyday. The location is great for being in the centre of Ubud with some shops and restaurants a 10-15 minute drive away. However, if you’re looking to visit the rice fields and some areas further north it’s about 45mins drive away. However, grabs are so cheap so not a complaint.

Compared to other accommodation I have stayed at in Bali, I felt this property was a little bit more run down. On entering our room there was mould on the ceiling and was infested with ants and we even had a gecko visit our room! We didn’t really mind this as we understand that the location is basically in the middle of the jungle so it was to be expected but just something to note about the insects. I will say the pool could have been cleaner as well. We still swam in it and enjoyed it but there was some built up mould around the edges. I will note that some of the sun loungers were old and some broken, with very limited selection they could be doing with an upgrade. The restaurant does the job and is cheaper than other places in the area but there are nicer places to eat out.

Quiet, great location, nice pool, very clean, comfortable bed and great value! Staff very nice.
