There were by design, no TV's in the rooms.

Bed was very soft

It is a serene setting amongst the nice fields just off the bustle of the street The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept.I loved our rice field view.

Our bed was VERY squeaky. Any time you moves at all it would squeak.

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. I thought the location was good and it was nice that it was away from the street and not to far from the downtown area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice but because of the rain we could not use it very much.

In aisa I have become very use to having a bidet hose on the toilet and was somewhat disappointed that the room didn't have one and my partner who is from Thailand felt the same.

Just steps away from a busy street, you walk into the lane and enter a tranquil space filled with greenery and flowers. Beautiful, serene, relaxing.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was spectacular. Will definitely stay here again. They have a free shuttle into the main area or you can walk it in 20mins

Such an incredible place right in the heart of Ubud. The staff were so delightful, the breakfast so tasty, and the room was so spacious, and clean. The best place to stay in ubud, could not recommend it enough!

The restaurant has good food, especially the a la carte menu and the coffee is very good

Clean and spacious very quiet room with free shuttle to explore Ubud. A lot of good restaurants around and it’s very strategic location. We recommended to stay here.

We always stay here in Ubud. That's because of the location in the heart of Ubud and the pleasant atmosphere and large rooms.

Our air conditioner was a bit in need of attention.

The hotel is set in beautifully tranquil gardens. Staff so attentive to my every wish. Swimming pools were divine. Sounds of waterfalls were the only sounds. No tv so very quiet and soothing. Restaurant was wonderful. All Indonesian food so tasty and fresh. Suksumar. Thank you so much

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops around, but it feels like you're staying in the middle of the jungle. Lots of greenery, ponds with fish, beautiful rice fields. It was quiet, didn't feel like staying in the city center at all. 2 big swimming pools. Room and shower were very spacious. Nicely decorated. Free shuttle bus to main areas in Ubud center.

Room wasn't the cleanest, it was damp, sheets had a strange smell. There were lots of earthworms in the room. Very slippery tiles in the porch and by the pools. Breakfast was just ok. Pretty much the same every day. Without freshly baked eggs not so much to eat. No fresh juice. Only Balinese style coffee. Bed in the room was terribly squeaky.

Spacious rooms. Centrally located and yet looking out over beautiful ricefields. And on top of that the shuttle service to and around Ubud town made our stay very pleasant indeed!

We booked 3 accommodations in different areas in Bali this time and this was our most satisfied accommodation! Spacious room, convenient location, great breakfast that changes slightly on a daily basis so you don't get bored of it and the staff are top notch! We also took advantage of the free shuttle to main streets which operate on demand till 10pm which was so helpful! (Mind you, the location was in a busy area already so you will have no problem finding great food.) I will certainly consider staying with greenfield again if I ever come back to Ubud again!

If I may suggest improvement points, I wish the hairdryer was of better quality, it was a bit weak but not a major issue at all.

I loved the super local, but off crowed location in front of the rice field. Awesome with transportation for free. Saltwater pool. The field is a really good place to be while working or exploring the area. Safe and balanced.

Not too much

Our 2nd time here, loved it and encouraged our friends to stay there and they even extended their stay Clean, lovely views, great food, friendly staff and the shuttle is handy when it's too hot or raining heavy. Had a massage which was lovely

Having to leave

Best location you can get in Ubud close to restaurants, shops, and Monkey forest but at the same time very peaceful once inside the hotel, no noise at all, the surroundings were beautiful, nice pools, rice terrace at the front of our room ?, excellent breakfast, the tour drivers were kind and respectful, the staff was very nice and polite, all requests were accomplished.

We had 2 mattresses in our room and they were very uncomfortable ?, my husband and I had sore back all nights, I was very happy with the hotel, unfortunately the mattresses were too hard/firm and pillows too high.

Location, room size and value

Rooms are slightly tired, no glassware, no hot water in the shower

Very close to everything great service with a free shuttle bus to the markets

The only thing would be the powdered milk for the coffee in the rooms rather than fresh milk

Breakfast was good a fair variety though

Foul smell in my bathroom not sure others were so. Mattress was too sort but got an alternative.
