Goya Boutique Resort

Beautiful views of the lush forest and infinite pool from the restaurant/breakfast area. Staff are very helpful and friendly in the most genuine way.Senja Bar & Resto’s food was delicious especially the Bebek crispy duck and Rendung Padang. You have to try it!

Since it’s located in the middle of a forest ants and gecko’s are your friends.

Comfy bed and beautiful view. Staffs were wonderful

Lack of facilities for toddler even it says family resort

The property was clean and central with the staff treating us like royalty .

Staff, room and service

Everything was just perfect: • the location - it was quite serene at the hotel, but at the same time we could easily get to various cafes, restaurants, shops, currency exchange, motorbike rentals…•our spacious room with a wonderful jungle view and infinity pool on the balcony• the staff were welcoming and helpful• breakfast was splendid, there was a wide range of dishes we could choose from and everything was delicious• the design of the hotel itself, it’s such a pleasure to be there

Cordial staff, exceptional pool area, beautiful views. Breakfast and tea time enjoyable.

There was so many good things about this property I don’t know where to start. The location was excellent. It is walkable to all the major tourist attractions. The food was excellent and breakfast was included for us. Our family had a villa and it was very clean and large. The main pool had breathtaking views . The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. One of the best stays I’ve had in my lifetime. 10 out of 10!

Everything was perfect. Truly have mastered hosting and customer service.

Clean and very nice , rooms are a bit old and humidity is a problem but lovely pool , great breakfast . Everyone are so nice :)

In the room there is a step between bedroom and bathroom that is not same level and unfortunate I broke my big toe on that - 1 month after holiday still in pain :(

I like the location

It’s not clean for a five star hotel Plus my room door can’t be closed !

The majesty of the place blew my mind. The scenery, the serenity of being close to Ubud downtown but able to be isolated, the staff was more than polite, courteous, and helpful. There was nothing negative to be said about Goya

There seemed to be more lights than light switches. I couldn't find out how to turn all the lights off in my room.

Gorgeous property! I stayed in a villa and it was exceptional. Wonderful restaurant and pool on site. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel, very serene and peaceful surroundings. Staff went above and beyond, incredibly friendly and took care of my every need (very communicative and responsive via WhatsApp messaging). The included breakfast is made to order and you have multiple options for courses, very nice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

No issues

The breakfast should improve

This was perfectly situated near the centre of Ubud but tucked away from the hustle and bustle, the modern, clean setting was incredible. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and was delicious. You get to pick a sweet and savoury option which set us up for the day every morning. We stayed in one of the private villas and it was so luxurious, the perfect start to the holiday. Only wish we were staying longer. Bella in particular went above and beyond and was so welcoming making sure every need was catered to! 10/10 will absolutely be back when visiting Ubud and will be recommending

Literally nothing! Everything was incredible

The location was fabulous and loved the serenity of the place. So relaxing and the views were spectacular

Maybe the lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter, for makeup purposes.

The views look just like the photos, incredible! The staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. We arrived a little early, so went for a walk until our room was ready at 2pm. The a la carte breakfast is delightful, food is great quality. The rooms are beautiful, with the most amazing bed linen, and fabulous showers!

We booked a room with a pool, but it was behind a huge fence, so didn’t have any sunshine and far too cold to use. I’d avoid paying extra for something you can’t use.

The facilities and breakfast were incredible, the pools were kept super clean! The staff were so friendly and remembered our names and orders! The room was so spacious and so clean! Couldn’t recommend more!

It is in a great location - quiet but close to bars and restaurants. Amazing pool with a fabulous view and the staff were lovely. Choose a pool suite but check that you get one with a view as it will then also get some sun to warm the pool.

I had booked a pool suite as I it had it's own pool with amazing views. Unfortunately the one we had didn't have a view and because the terrace didn't get any sun the pool was very cold so we didn't use it.

It was an amazing place to stay, excellent a la carte breakfast, and super clean facilities. The resort was booked out, yet never was there a wait for service, and it never felt crowded. The location was amazing, a 10 minute walk to centre of ubud - but shuttles are available too. Overall, it was an amazing stay with great value for money!

Very minor thing, the "king" bed is actually two singles put together, and this is generally ok but it meant there were distinctly harder and softer spots on the bed.

Absolutely stunning small hotel, poolOverlooking the jungle. Rooms are beautiful with private pools , we loved it

Service around the pool is slow , have to ask for towels and drinks
