This hotel is a little gem in the middle of Ubud. You will be right in the action within walking distance to the main street with it's markets, restaurants, shops, the ubud water palace, Gautama street and many other attractions. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast but you won't miss this because there are tons of great restaurants nearby. The room is comfy and clean. Great place!

Problems with the internet

Location is amazing, all yoga studious, restaurants, shops in walking distance.

Very thin walls, can hear everything from next door. Air conditioning kept breaking so room was very sticky and damp and smelled of mold.

My stay at this hotel in Ubud Bali was amazing! The place was spotless, and the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions, The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, making it an ideal spot to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely stay here again!"

Good location

The were smoking all the time next to our room yet they had no. Smoking signs outside rooms, TV didn’t work , fridge kept defrosting staff just kept plugging it in again not fixing the connection,

The location of the hotel is very close to main attractions of Ubud like the Ubud palace and there are a lot of restaurants around.We arrived a bit too early but we were given the room without any surcharge in a very uncomplicated manner.

We stayed 3 nights and had to tell the staff nearly every time that the cold water was not running. It was really annoying since we were already in the shower while noticing this. After putting on the clothes again we had to ask the staff to turn on the cold water and miraculously the problem was solved for the moment being. The rooms are not soundproof - if there are people sitting at the pool side you can hear them very well and even understand what they are talking.

sink in Bathroom was slow to drain water in the 2 rooms we were in. some lights were hanging down in the ceiling. Just getting these letting things done would add to my experience.

Bed was really comfortable. Very big bathroom which was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Within walking distance to markets etc. Staff always said hello and were welcoming.

Very lovely looking, in a quiet space, but in a very good area close to the centre of Ubud.WiFi was not great and I didn’t have service, I think because I was on the edge of the building, but super friendly and kind staff who were very accommodating, thought it was a little bit pricy for the lack of internet connection, had to go to the lobby for connection. But other than that facilities were lovely.

Well.. I think they could be more flexible and nicer. Actually I had an issue and I would have really love to be able to cancel one day before. But they didn't accept my request. If they are going to be that unflexible. It would be better if they don't even offer this possibility in Booking. Bali and Ubud are in high demand. It is not hard for them to let me cancel and find other customer. But ok...

Very slow wifi...Poor breakfast..very limited options...Didn't get room as per booking...damp and smells...

Location was ideal and pool was a nice bonus, bathroom was also comfortable with a nice shower

1: The wifi here is terrible, don't expect to be able to complete any work travelling with business moreover service is non existent. Had to go to restaurants for WiFi.2: The staff kicked us out of the room 2 hours early before we were told we could checkout when we were completely unpacked, had to pack on the floor outside3: The rooms arnt cleaned thoroughly, we found an old used tampon on the floor causing one of us to throw up, not ours as are all men, along with rubbish and mess just left.

Staff is super kind and warm.Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom as well.Silent, quiet place with a lovely view. The pool was absolutelly refreshing.The hotel was conviently placed for my needs. Nice restaurants around and at walk distance from the main road.I had a wonderfull month in this hotel and definetely would come back in a next visit to Ubud.The manager is very diligent and kind.

It was a perfect experience in my opinion. Amazing bed and shower. Small humble hotel. Nice swimming pool. Staff all kind and happy. Great location. Away from the noise. I came here last minute but I will definitely come again. Great value for money.

Wifi didn’t work great in my room on the last night. Not at all to be honest, I had to sit by the pool to do some work.
