Natya Resort Ubud

The hotel is a true paradise, the rooms are great the pool is great the view is great the food is great I can not say enough about this place

Nothing that I did not like, everything was great. The only thing is that everything closes very early so it becomes very quiet but that is expected since this is a romantic honeymoon resort.

A secret heaven in the middle of a rainforest jungle. Perfect for couples who want to experience Ubud jungles with a secret touch of privacy. Very kind and more than helpful staff. We had a great massage as well. Had a private villa (Yudistra) with the most enjoyable private pool.

The resort was beautiful, staff was incredibly nice, setting was exactly what we wanted!

My only gripe was that our room smelled musty/humid. I know we are in the jungle and it might be impossible to not have this.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was very good. The room and plunge pool were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and quiet.

There is only one restaurant so if you are staying there for an extended time it may not offer enough variety.

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were easy-going, always smiling, and genuinely helpful in every way. Everyone we met was so kind and warm, which created such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay.The restaurant was amazing — the food was exceptionally tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented every single time. Our room was always spotless, cleaned with great care and attention. The spa massage was perfect — so relaxing and professional — and the yoga class was calming, peaceful, and just what we needed.A special mention to the shuttle bus drivers — always kind, friendly, and perfectly on time, making every transfer smooth and stress-free.Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place filled with kindness, comfort, and true relaxation!

The villa was just amazing and clean The pool doesn’t have heater so it was a little bit cold for me The breakfast was on the main pool a good view

Breakfast was choosing from a set menu but i was surprised that im allowed to order only one main course which is upset me somehow

I recently stayed at this resort in Bali, and everything was absolutely exceptional! The place is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Every detail — from the rooms to the service — was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurant was amazing as well, and they organize beautiful special events for guests with traditional Balinese dances. Truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view, wonderful staff, good food

I liked the style the location the service , i liked the attention to detail.

Some parts of the villa is worn out , the pool wasnt that clean , the AC was good but one isn’t sufficient for the whole villa i woke up drenched in sweat a couple of days.

The service, amenities, details in the decor and overall quality were phenomenal.

There was a ramp on the way to the lobby that was dangerously slippery, and we felt we had to always request extra water and towels frequently, but those are minor compared to the many great things

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are are super friendly, professional and attentive. Breakfast was decent

Due to the amount of insects outside you don't get to use the outdoor pool sadly

Staff / people. A great service and deep desire to serve. My stay didn’t get off to a good start. But the manageress did everything possible to put the experience right, and she succeed to a large degree. The jungle is all around - 360 degrees. This isn’t the case in many properties in Ubud.

Restaurant, SPA (though the therapists were the best I experienced in Bali), villa size, and villa design. You would expect a lot more from a 5 star in Bali costing almost USD450 a night

The driver in the black van who works for the hotel is rude, quite expensive and drives terribly slowly. luckily, at every turn in the city, you can hire another driver without a problem

Just watch out for the driver in the black van who works for the hotel, he drives very slowly on purpose and charges more for longer routes because he works by the hour

Beautifully decorated, secluded resort. A rare find! Great staff, yummy food. You will feel yourself very special there!

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful to rest this is perfect. Yes it’s 15-20 mins into town and that is annoying but that’s what I was looking for on this trip. You won’t find a more beautiful or peaceful retreat than this. The spa was fantastic and the staff always helpful.

I like everything in this property, The are friendly, respectful, always there are smiling , welcoming you be love . I really really feel sad to leave them . The place is clean they care about you like you are in your home and more also . Fast communication with you less than 2 min they reply you in whatsapp . Anyone read my message boom with them you won’t feel regret at alllllllll.
