Nice Resort that i ever stayed in Ubud and bery strategic place in ubud. Comfortable resort with clean rooms and a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Ubud Center but they provide shuttle to ubud Market. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Top service, The room is cleanand fresh juice during breakfast is lovely. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. I originally booked a Deluxe Twin Room, but I requested one bed instead. The team kindly made an effort to accommodate my request and even gave me a free room upgrade, which I truly appreciated.All the staff here are extremely welcoming. They greet guests by name and are always ready to help with anything, making the stay feel very personal and warm.The breakfast was excellent and very diverse. A big plus point is the free cappuccino and the availability of fresh fruits, which you can mix with other fruits to make a fresh juice based on your own request.Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay in Ubud.

Located in a quiet area of Ubud city, by walking could reach the center. Room was exchanged with another one right away, as the initial one was unbreathable, mildew or mold not visible but smell assimilated with. New Room received was very fine, with all amenities listed in offer. Resort has all facilities, the massage was a proff.one, not compared with those from main street. Breakfast was diversified, reach. Staff very pleasant and nice. Swimming pool great. Hope for a return in this life...

I amaze with cleanlines in this hotel public area, pool, restaurant and well maintan. The room was suppeerrrr clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, The interesting also they served traditional Drink and make a explain about jamu.The complimentary minibar is a big plus perfect for enjoying a drink upon arrival without needing to go out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, less than 10 minutes from Ubud Center. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax and rest well. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. One unique highlight is that you can choose your own fresh fruits to be made into a juice on the spot so refreshing! There are also waffles and scrambled eggs prepared through live cooking, which makes everything taste even better.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding warmth to the whole experience. The hotel is also conveniently located, less than 10 minutes from Ubud Center. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel near the center of Ubud. The rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast is great, and the pool facilities are really nice. Would go here again if I go to Ubud.

The gym has decent equipment, but the ventilation is lacking so there is a lack of oxygen in it.

My stay at this hotel was beyond amazing. The place is very comfortable, the room is spotless, and the surroundings are beautifully maintained. Its location is also perfect just a short distance from Ubud Center.From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised again and again. The receptionist explained everything in detail and mentioned that there was a free welcome snack in the room. I didn’t expect much, but to my surprise, it turned out to be a fully stocked minibar with Coke, orange juice, and various snacks, all complimentary!On my second day, after a full day of touring, I came back to find my room perfectly cleaned and beautifully decorated. On the bed, there was a lovely ornament with the words “Bed Story” and even better, they surprised me with a free dinner for two. It truly made my day and left such a lasting impression.Another thing I really loved was their afternoon tea service, which is complimentary for all guests. You can enjoy tea, coffee, and delicious local snacks in a calm and relaxing setting.This hotel doesn’t just offer comfort it creates beautiful memories. I can’t recommend it enough! ?

The restaurant is good. Breakfast was good.

The room was quite dusty and anyone with dust allergy or asthma should not be staying in this hotel. The staff are nice but very slow.

The hotel was disappointing. The room wasn’t very clean, felt far from the main areas, and the furniture is quite old and outdated. Breakfast was also a letdown — very limited options with little variety, and the dining area itself was not clean. Staff were polite, but overall the experience did not meet expectations
