Arimba at Bisma

Great location, amazing breakfast and very nice stuff. The room was clean and comfortable. As a woman who was traveling solo, I felt safe there. Highly recommended.

The location is great—peaceful, yet close to the center of Ubud. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The only small issue was that the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Very good location.Less than a minutes to find supermarkets,restaurants and money exchanger.Also walking distance to the monkey forest,ubud palace and ubud market.Good wifi connection.Very clean.

Nothing really

The surrounding is very quiet except birds and crickets chirping. Room is big with jungle view. I enjoy my breakfast at porch every morning. The pool is very clean with fresh water. The location is in downtown with many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to money forest and palace.

The shower head is hanging too low. I can't stand up taking shower.

Quiet area, close to Ubud center (15 min walk)

Very good location, near massage studio, good shops and the street was very nice.I wanted to be moved to another room, so it was done. The garden is nice, but small.The bathroom - the toilet was btoken, the shower was very weak. On the pictures looks better.But overall is OK.

The internet didn’t work on the first day, the bathroom walls were peeling, the room was outdated, there was no water pressure in the shower, the showerhead was so low that even a child couldn’t stand under it, and there was mold around the bath.

Clean and spacious room, staff were friendly and the location was good.

The WIFI did not work for the entirety of our stay, this was frustrating and required us to purchase data. The water was also cut off for a period of time without explanation.

Staff are gentle, smiley and lovely. The TV was not working properly and a staff tried to help but failed, then he got someone else who fixed it. There are movie channels if you can figure out how it works. I like the frogs' sounds. And the squirrels running along the wires.

The pancakes for breakfast - something is wrong with the batter!

Second stay at Arimba at Bisma. Yes, it was good enough to come back again. It is a bit far to walk out to the main street Jalan Raya, but still walkable. It is quiet enough at night for a good sleep.

Pancake batter can definitely be improved. At the moment it is too thick, and coconut milk and pandan leave juice should be added to the batter to make it more fragrant. I would not order the pancakes for breakfast they way it is now.

Peaceful rainforest setting, very nice little pool and sitting area, good breakfast, and super friendly and helpful staff, and very affordable. Easily my favourite pace to stay in Bali.

The gardens, pool and room were beautiful, we had the breakfast by the pool it was fresh and tasty, would highly recommended

Lovely garden and pool area really felt like an oasis. Large room with very easy pool access. Was able to upgrade our room during our stay to a bigger room away from the construction view. Friendly staff. Quiet and laid back hotel Amazing location near so many great restaurants, cafes and spas. The value for money is great so would definitely book again.

My pillowcase on the first night of my stay was significantly stained and I could not use it. No hotel phone in the rooms to use in order to contact reception. No TV only youtube access. Pool towels not easily accessible (have to ask staff for towels after every swim). Construction site next door to hotel (noise at times)

Friendly and helpful staff.

Construction work infront of balcony at 8am. Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. Hot water didn’t last long. The path can be slippy due to the wet weather.

"I had a disappointing stay. I was bitten by bedbugs, and the staff didn’t address the issue. The shower pressure was almost nonexistent, and the pool was much smaller than the heavily edited photos suggested. The only positive was the location, but I wouldn’t recommend this place due to poor cleanliness and service."
