Beautiful setting and architecture giving it an authentic feel and experience.

No, it was just great can't think of anything negative. It wasn't located in the center of town which made it quieter and the quick and efficient shuttle got us to town and back with ease.

This property is exceptional. We loved it. Paradise. We rented the two bedroom fellow with pool and we really enjoyed all of the amenities and decor. The restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and tea each day. The pools were amazing.

The beds were a bit more firm than I’m used to but not a big deal for a few nights.

The staff are amazing, the room has so many thoughtful touches (eg mosquito repellant), the gardens and pool were absolutely beautiful. It felt like a sanctuary in the busyness of Ubud.

The only con was that it was very warm on a few of the nights, and our aircon and fan didn’t work effectively to cool the room. We ended up having a couple of nights where we couldn’t sleep well because we were too hot.

Delicious breakfast and beautifully designed villa. I loved the interior design and the Balinese sculptures! The hotel provides hourly free shuttle that takes you to the main area of Ubud. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay. We loved the design and architecture of the villa complex. We watched the men prune and care for the trees each morning. The most beautiful mineral pool I have ever seen. Great food and warm service. We slept well and swam at least three times a day! It was exactly what we needed. We would love to return some day.

Other guests garbage; beer bottles, full ash trays and cigarette packs were left lying on the ground were left around the main pool until near mid day from the night before. This happened a few times over our stay and staff were not quick to clean it up for other guests to enjoy the space.I did not enjoy people flying drones around the pool.

Poor upkeep and maintenance. Mosquitoes, lizards, and cockroaches were all present in the room. We requested the cancellation of our 5-day booking. Fortunately the hotel agreed to our request and we booked 4 days in another hotel. Very dissapointing experience. The website photos and comments are not accurate and reflect a false image of the hotel. Staff were untrained and could not communicate with us. In all a very exasperating experience.

The grounds and villas were beautiful and very well maintained.

Inconsistency with room cleaning. Some days they wouldn’t replace glasses and mugs if they had liquid in them, they didn’t replenish the mini bar and the toilet paper was very thin which was not consistent with a four star property.

Will not stay there again. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The employees spent more time on their phones and visiting with each other than waiting on customers. Example, it was ten minutes before we were asked if we wanted anything to drink until the bartender was finished taking pictures of a drink he made. The staff was laughing and visiting with each for a while before they ask us if we wanted to order dinner. The ants in our bathroom sink every morning and the moldy smelling bathroom were not pleasant.

This was the best hotel we had during our honeymoon.The room was so big, clean and comfortable, we never wanted to leave!Every day fresh cookies and a small fruit basket were provided. Also, the bathroom has very good toiletries, including also bath salts and bubble bath solution.You can choose to add some extras to your stay, like a romantic candlelit dinner or the floating breakfast. We chose the floating breakfast on our last day, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.The shuttle service to Ubud is very punctual and useful. One day we tried to brave walking from Ubud to the hotel, which is feasible, but be mindful of the heat!The staff was attentive and spoke excellent English.The breakfast was exceptional, and the hotel even provides a continental breakfast takeaway option in case you go for a Mt. Batur sunrise hike. Another highlight for us was the complimentary tea service, which featured also a small sweet treat that changed every day.

Free shuttle to city center, free foot massage included (but staff talked during entire time ? and I wanted to relax), really nice hotel and position. Beautiful pool and good breakfast!

Restaurant said that kitched was open till 22:30, with last order at 22.We arrived at 21:15 to book the table and put quickly our belongings in the room and come back, but they were very eager to get the order right on the spot. Not a problem, but a bit rushy (:

The location is a bit far but is a free shuttle every hour so that wasn't bad at all. The staff was really nice, booking day trips for us. The room and the bathroom are really beautiful and good size.

The hotel was in a great location with frequent shuttle service for the short distance in central ubud. Traffic around Ubud is crazy and this proved to be a lot more important than I realised at the time of booking. Facilities were great, exceptional layouts in the rooms. very private. great private pool. Breakfast was good.

The vegetation.

We booked two rooms, one room was like in the pictures but the other room (room 800) was much worse. The bathroom was outdated, no transparent windows like in the pictures, no private terrace. The air conditioner wasn’t work on the first day.

Beautiful peaceful gardens, great swimming pools, big rooms, lovely terrace.

Stayed here in 2018. The staff were fantastic. Everyone from transport guys, cleaning team, restaurant staff, reception staff, spa staff, people delivering anything we needed etc and always pleasant. Shuttle into Ubud goes every hour until 10 pm and easy to catch back. Breakfast choices cater for people from different countries as well as Indonesian food. Afternoon tea is included. Food for in room dining was delicious. The villa itself was very spacious. We had a pool villa and it overlooked the valley and rice fields. The villa had gardens surrounding it and included fresh fruit and biscuits. Transport to and from airport was convenient. Fantastic

I don’t think it could be improved on

We booked a private pool villa which was beautiful. Clean pool, spacious room and all amenities provided. The hotel has two other pools which are also stunning. The staff were absolutely amazing- so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little out of the main part of ubud which was a good thing as traffic in ubud is crazy. There is a free shuttle that takes you to main part of ubud ever two hours - near the palace which makes walking around this area easy. We had a great stay.

The breakfast quality is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Large menu but very mediocre food so we didn’t try lunch or dinner at the hotel.

Very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of space in the villa for our group
