Huge room for such Price. Can take a scooter for fair price fuel to fuel. Beautiful garden. Super staff!

Very dirty swimming pools. Both. Old leaves and others. For sure not cleaned for many days.

Lovely quiet villa with our own pool and garden. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money

The water pressure was a little weak in the shower and the aircon was stuck at a low temperature. We just turned it off at night and the room stayed cool. Very minor complaints and the good definitely outwayed any negatives

Staff were pleasant and check-in process was smooth. Communication was also great! We had a big group and they did a good job accommodating our needs. I booked the suite which was very clean and comfortable - no complaints there. Overall, great value for the stay. Breakfast was also good and convenient location.

The standard rooms aren't as clean, particularly, most bathrooms had mold. The property is beautiful with beautiful surroundings but they could do better with the details - cleaning of pool floors and getting rid of mold in the bathrooms etc.

Our stay in Ubud was truly exceptional! The property was surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful location, giving a perfect sense of Bali’s natural charm. The villa itself was beautifully maintained — clean, spacious, and designed with a perfect blend of traditional Balinese style and modern comfort.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh local options, and the overall vibe of the place was serene and relaxing.It was one of the most rejuvenating stays we’ve ever had — a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud!

The bath tub at deluxe 5 is not functioning well. The water dispenser was at the lobby only.

The area is so quiet, serene, yet still near to a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room and bathroom are so spacious for such affordable rate we pay. They provide two pools and they are clean. One is located just in front of the room, so it is very convenient for me

bit of a trek into central ubud.

The villa looks amazing and exactly like the photos. Private pool and we'll maintained lawn makes it a perfect getaway. The road leading to the villa is also filled with flower plants which again adds to the aesthetic nature. Very calm area. We had day trips so we had to leave at 6:00 am almost everyday, they kept breakfast boxes for us. Staff is very helpful. The spa was amazing. The location is walking distance to money changers and grocery store. Grab delivery for food and taxi is very convenient. Overall had a great stay.Staff will clean the room and lobby everyday, even mow the lawn alternative day.

Limited utensils. Even after asking for plates we were not given sufficient plates. For 5 people staying in the villa were provided with only 3 big plates, we were told they need plates for their restaurant. We had to take dinner in turns. If you don't wish to cook and eat in then this should not be a problem for you. Lighting could be improved in the lawn and swimming pool. Only one light fitted in the pool and no lights in the lawn.

The room was perfect! Very spacious and comfortable, I was assigned to a room on the 2nd floor with a little private swimming pool right downstairs, it was very nice to sit there with a drink overlooking the pool and trees! Highly recommend!

Nothing at all, totally exceeded my expectation with the price range! The location is a little bit off the main touristic area, but it wasn't a problem for me, as I prefer to be outside rather than staying in the middle of traffic.

My fav hotel in Bali! They offer massage at the sane hotel and staff is really nice ??

Once instance when there was an outage in my room for a few hours (besides the general Outage from Ubud, cause this happened in different days)

Very friendly staff. Good location, not too far away from the main centre. Rooms and beds were very big. Pool was fantastic. Great to have a mini fridge to keep drinks cool.

Few bugs in the room but that's expected in Bali.

The villas were beautiful, with very easy access to the pool and it was also quite close to the main tourist areas, i.e. the monkey forest. The staff were extremely nice and ensured that our stay there was perfect.

There isn’t anything I could complain about.

Overall a nice place. Lots of space in the double story villa, the private pool was clean and fairly big too. Staff were lovely. Restaurant was ok, better quality food elsewhere though. Beds were average but did the jobIf you’ve been to Bali you know that the geckos are a pest but somehow they got inside the rooms here more than at other locations we went to. Only other thing to mention is that twice during our stay the electrical box started beeping as a warning the electricity was about to run out, (which we only knew because my boyfriend is an electrician and knew about the type of electrical service.) It continued to beep until we messaged the staff to come fix it. Found it odd that it seemed like if we didn’t let the staff know we would’ve just ran out. Although we didn’t let it get that far as we didn’t want the power to cut out as it would’ve been very uncomfortable without the aircon running, plus the constant beep was annoying as you could hear it from the bedroom. To add we were never told to look out for it, hence my confusion. Other than that we did enjoy our stay here

The place was lovely the room was spacious but the bathroom needed updating. The place is quite far from town need a taxi to get there but overall we had a great stay.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful people. Very clean villas and I loved how they cleaned our room everyday. They even offered free activities from their custom, Bali dance, photo shoot in Balinese clothes and walking to the rice fields. Venue was close to shops. Our teenage daughter said it was the best venue so far. The villa was beautiful with hand craft wood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you!

Maybe a little more for breakfast but other than that everything was outstanding.
