Naya Ubud

The room was very beautiful and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, everything was well thought out.

The way to our room was a bit dirty but it wasn’t the resorts fault, the area is under construction.

Pondok Naya Ubud is a wonderful place to stay, excellent value for money and perfect for a romantic getaway. The private pool villa adds a special touch, and the floating breakfast is a lovely experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There is no on-site restaurant and no physical reception. All communication is handled via WhatsApp, so having mobile data is essential. Without it, getting assistance can be difficult.

There are kitchen with basic utensils. Nice bed, pretty quiet area.

Not enough lighting. I had to ask for a room with a vitrase, so I can have more natural lighting without being seen from outside.

It was a small villa budget friendly.Quiet place and the staff was helpful. There was a buggy to go to a bigger place for pickup by car.

The buggy stops at 10pm so you might need to get scooter or walk to the car place.

This place is an oasis in Ubud and one of the best places I have stayed at during my two month Southeast Asia trip. The surroundings are incredible, luxurious bungalows, and the staff go over and beyond to assist you. I absolutely loved my stay here.

Friendly staff , quiet location. They were able to pick us up from the airport. Our flight landed at midnight, but we didn’t get through immigration until nearly 2AM. Their driver waited patiently for us and gave us a very excited hello when we finally met. We were also given complimentary flower petals on the bed since I mentioned it was our honeymoon.

Shower was annoying because it points straight out, so you have to hold the shower head during the whole shower.

The villa was very spacious, we had a shared pool with other villas. They also provided complimentary coffee and tea which was good! The staff was pretty responsive to all our needs.

We saw all the reviews and decided to book the property however, it is far from the centre. You can’t walk to the property and you will need a buggy ride everytime. The bathroom had open space and due to the rain, the bathroom was leaking.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. One of the highlights was the shared pool, beautifully set in a tropical, well-kept botanical garden. It truly gave you the feeling of being immersed in the jungle and surrounded by nature. The water was very pleasant, and since the pool was only shared with two other bungalows — which were also very beautiful inside — it felt peaceful and almost private. The bed was large and comfortable, and having both a private bathroom and a kitchen was very convenient.

Honestly, almost everything about the stay was positive. If I had to mention something, it would be the fact that to reach the accommodation, you needed to be picked up by a buggy. You had to contact the driver via WhatsApp or send him a message. That said, he always came quickly and was very reliable — and in the end, the buggy rides actually turned out to be part of the fun experience!

Amazing staff! Nice place to relax into a private pool. Accomodation not acessible by moto or car but they provide buggies to pick you up which is amazing. The streets around the accomodation are pretty nice to walk around. Close to the centre. Some insects can enter the room if you're not careful.

Fantastic place to stay at. Staff was very attentive. Place was in an excellent location to walk at night to restaurants, massages etc.Highly recommended!!

It was the second time we chose Pondok Naya for our stay in Ubud!everything was very clean and the stuff was very helpful with anything we needed.The location is very good to go around and the garden and pool always clean and tidy.we recommend it to all of our friends that are going to come to Bali!

It suited our needs perfectly. Great location. Lovely room, lovely pool and the staff were amazing.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean. Lots of hot water, responsive to requests, the buggy service was great and timely. Staff were lovely. Could order food in at reasonable prices.

Pool was slightly damaged and not very easy to get into (just a design issue), lights didn’t all work, no milk for coffee. All minor issues. There was construction next door so you went past piles of debris…not their fault and only a temporary issue. A little off the beaten path and the taxi mafia make transport a little expensive…also not their fault.

Very good place. Isolated. Amazing big boogalow, amazing warm and clean pool, amazing trees and grass outside, good staff, great and cheap food. Chill and peaceful place. Been travelling a lot and, so far, this my best accomodation I have been to.

The parking is a bit further so you have to walk few minutes or take their buggy(which was fun for us and our kids) but maybe not for everyone.But I didn't find anything other to complain, even though buggy is not a minus from our perspective.

Me and my friend enjoyed staying here. It has private pool on each villa so you can enjoy whole yourself. It located inside of rice field so need a buggy ride especially checking in and out but you can also walk. Breakfast was also good a bit salty for me but you can ask on certain time as well. Nice service will come again.

The staff and location. Easy walk to several warungs or a quick buggy ride when it was raining. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the pool was refreshing.

Nothing, we loved everything about our stay.

Peaceful village style accommodation. A little isolated, but the staff were friendly,and very helpful in sorting out a couple of issues when they occurred. Very handy having the golf buggy to transport guests up and back to the main road. It is essential to ring and use this service when you arrive if have luggage . Overall a very pleasant peaceful environment.
