Sapodilla Ubud Hotel

The location Is amazing, ir feels very peaceful and relaxing when you are there. The staff was very nice! The room was huge and very nice!

The service is slow. And some places are not very ckean. They might need someone with a better English since sometimes it was hard to communicate.

Fantastic service by the staff — very friendly, warm, and always helpful. The room was spacious with a nice small balcony, and the pool was great for relaxing. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.The free shuttle to Ubud city center was a big plus and made getting around super easy. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

I was unable to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. The air conditioner always worked at the same temperature no matter what I set.

Its so cozy and spacious and very pretty. Perfect boutique asthetics. Extremely welcoming and kind staff.

I am obsessed with this hotel, it felt like my home away from home in Ubud. I extended 3 extra nights and I already miss it. The staff is just the absolute sweetest. They care so much about their guests, they come to your room twice a day and tidy up and bring extra waters and leave you a "bedtime story" on your bed every night. The breakfast is delicious and there are so many options to choose from. The space is immaculate and so so clean - I am incredibly sensitive to hotel rooms and cleanliness and i never once had an issue here. The property is just lovely and beautiful and quaint. Its in a good location and easy to walk or get a Grab to get to wherever you need to go. I miss Sapodilla so much!

AC wasn't working properly in the room - but that's just nitpicking

Staff are super amazing very helpful we asked them to keep our bags in the storage for one day and they kept safe at their side also breakfast was served even when we were late room is cozy and nice all rooms shared the beautiful pool view.Hotel has prime location as it is in the beginning of the downtown street makes it easily accessible and the same time away from traffic.

The staff were very kind and treated you like family. The location is perfect to explore Ubud. The room was relatively bug free. The breakfast in the restaurant was great.

The room was too dark, needs more lighting.

There are places and people who act nice just to get a good review, and then there are those who are genuinely kind and caring. Sapodilla Ubud definitely falls into the second category.The staff here are truly wonderful—very friendly, extremely helpful, and always making sure guests feel at home. A special mention to Eka at the reception, who went out of her way to assist us and made our stay extra comfortable.The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect. From the warm greetings to the attentive service, everything feels thoughtful and well-trained.We felt at home here and would highly recommend Sapodilla Ubud to anyone visiting Bali.

The staff were amazing here. Nothing was a problem. My granddaughter had her birthday here and the staff decorated her room and brought her cake it was very special.

Very good location. Surprisingly quiet and close to Ubud city centre.

I travelled with my 10m old kid, never felt helpless with the staff always there to provide whatever needed. - Provides free shuttle service around the city (nearby locations) - Shoutout to Rianti, Rasmini, and Dian.We really had a comfortable stay and I highly recommend the property to people

I loved everything about the hotel. It is small, cozy, very clean, with the central location, but still away from the street noise. The personel was the the most kind, helpful and welcoming you can imagine. Thank you! I will come back.

Beautiful property - loved sitting out on second floor balcony for breakfast. Staff are so lovely and so helpful. Food options are also really good, always had a great breakfast. It’s on a busy street of shops, restaurants and bars but you can’t hear the noise from your hotel room.

It’s a little further out from the centre (relative to other places - realistically it’s only a 15 minute walk to the monkey forest).

Me and my partner had a fabulous stay in Sapodilla. Our host Rianti was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at Sapodilla is outstanding with so many options to choose from. The hotel room was Beautiful and extremely clean. The pool was so scenic and a great space to relax. The location is perfect as there are loads of great restaurants and shops nearby plus it’s a short walk from the yoga barn studio.

Sapodilla exceeded our expectations! The included breakfast was like a 5-course meal. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. They treated our two young children like their own. I feel so grateful for their hospitality. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean, and the pool was amazing! If we come back to Bali, we will be staying here again!

I honestly can't think of anything. This hotel was exceptional on every level. We miss the staff! They were all incredibly kind and helpful.
