Pertiwi Bisma Ubud

Loved this hotel!! Good location- a 10 min walk to Monkey Forest. So many wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops near by! Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool. You will be happy with your stay here :)

Beautiful property and great location. Room was spacious and easy access from private porch in the back. Pool area by the spa was my favorite

Breakfast with limited options for vegetarians. Flies and ants inside the food on buffet and I also ordered lunch one time and there were ants inside my plate. I understand the property is in heart of the jungle so insects are everywhere. But could do better at food hygiene

Located on Jalan Bisma , the perfect location for us in Ubud . We stayed in the Joglo rooms at the back of the property overlooking the infinity pool and jungle with fabulous views ,so quieter than the rest of the resort although these rooms are not entirely soundproofed. A visit by the local monkeys each day was a nice surprise. Great places to eat nearby on Bisma too if you don’t want to go far. Very nice and helpful staff . Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much .

Breakfast a bit hit and miss , the egg options cooked for you on request very nice , the other cooked options available need some attention.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. I had a lovely massage in the spa. There were two pools so I didn't have to walk far to access the one at the back of the property. I loved that it was closer to nature then some of the other hotels

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were spacious with large balconies.

The lighting in the rooms could be brighter. We found the pot lights and lamps did not provide enough light after dark. The marble corridor floors are exceptionally slippery when wet. It rained an entire day during our stay, and the floors were treacherous.

The staff is very friendly. The pools are nice. The breakfast options are good. The rooms are comfortable.

It was a lovely stay with a nice rooms, two pools and a great staff. It felt like a very well-run resort. We enjoyed a massage at the spa. The restaurant attached was very good with many options.

It was very clean and we felt very respected. There were ants on occasion outside on the deck, but this is to be expected situated by a jungle. It was meticulously kept.

Everything was pretty good for the price. Nice gardens. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Close to Monkey Forest but far from everything else. The swimming pool at back is a death trap. Six feet deep No shallow end or steps and the only ladder has no rungs. Crazy.

Location was good. Quite and relaxing. Pool was very good and clean. Next time definitely come again. Thank you ?

Really great value for money at this time of year(April) Excellent staffLovely swimming pool at bottom of site in green jungle area. I like the location - busy enough and yet quiet back from the road and easy walk into centre of Ubud.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The pool was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the landscaping around the hotel. Our room was quite spacious. The only downside was that there was occasionally an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Overall, a true value-for-money hotel

Location was the BEST, everything was walkable. We did not eat the breakfast buffet as we only ate mostly protein and ordering off the menu was a better value. It was delicious. Staff were incredible!!

Rooms were very dim, we had to remove lamp shades for much light and bed was pretty hard. I have back issues so that may be more noticeable to me than others

The room was exceptional, clean and the air-con worked wonderfully. The staff members were excellent and they were always on-hand to help with any isssues that we had.The pool was cleaned daily and the area around the hotel was always clean. Food and drinks were also of a good standard

The public toilet could have been cleaner however this is the only downside to the whole property. Generally though this is an excellent excellent hotel

Great location with beautiful surroundings. Our room was a great size and comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and resolved a couple of minor issues extremely quickly.

The towels provided in the bathroom were a bit scrappy and could do with a refresh.

Lovely peaceful spot in the popular Bisma area. Welcome voucher for afternoon tea and cakes/snacks.Great attentive staff - always smiling. Beautiful quiet swimming pool at lower end of the complex as well as another pool near reception area.

Nothing - it's all very good indeed and at this time of year (early April), great value for money.

Mould smells in the room, doors constantly get stuck not opening nor closing .

The pools were lovely. Close to main attractions in Ubud. Well priced for what it is. Really large property, lots of accomodation options. The rooms were made up regularly.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, some wear and tear and stains in the bathroom

We have stayed here now three times and usually long stays. The location is excellent, the accommodation is well equipped and very clean, superb couple of pools available to guests and the most amazing well trained staff you would wish for. Very willing to assist you in every aspect of of your stay
