The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast every day was ample, but rarely changed.

Villas could use some repair, but they were comfortable.

Its quiet ,and all that i mention ,3rd stay here .

Location was not great. Not a lot walking distance. Streets are bad. Building next door (May 2025) they could see directly into bathrooms. Was noisy and we couldn’t have blinds open.

The staff here are fantastic and attend to any question and concern you may have. The food is amazing. And a huge plus is the laundry service! Can't recommend this place enough. You're in a wonderful location. About 30 min walk to the Main Street and the monkey forest. If you're staying in Ubud, stay here.

We had such a good stay and time. The staff was very kind and close to us. They help us with everything. Good breakfast and spa massages.

Our 3 bedroom villa was beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were helpful, accomodating and very friendly. The receptionist has great English, and was very good, helped us organise transport too.Food was absolutely beautiful, great prices. The accomodation is a little far from anything, however can get cars easy enough into the centre of town. Only downside is that the upstairs bedroom can kind of see into the bathrooms of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, so you just need to be wary of that & keep certain blinds down

The villa we had was great value and had lots of space. Loved everything and the staff too!

In a very isolated location, good and bad with that.

Beautiful villa, the rooms were spacious and clean. Having a pool in our own space was amazing and convenient. Breakfast was limited but delicious; as well as lunch and dinner food options. There were a few places close by like small cafe and markets, within walking distance. The staff was really accommodating and pleasant. Overall, great stay for the price.

The property is pretty far from the more big city attractions and things to do. Driving to and from the property definitely took up more time than we’d expect

I stayed in one of the individual rooms which was lovely but the sound proofing between my room and the next room was very poor. I could hear most of their conversations. It was somewhat disruptive.

Very nice and comfy, great pool, great surrounding. Location is good, walking distance to the center and the Sacred Monkey Forest.

Breakfast was ok, not bad. The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty the when we checked in, but we told the reception and they changed them right away.

We loved everything! The stay was incredible. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was exquisite. The staff had a wonderful disposition and always greeted us with a smile, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Very cozy place. The people were nice and very helpful. Its isolated, so no noise polution.

The shower needs a bit more pressure.

There was not even one negative thing i can say about property,staff everything five stars.

The staff were the best, they had high standards of care for the visitors and the property, the best I’ve ever seen! They were happy and truly respected the work they did, it was wonderful to be around. Our villas were so well kept, there were mosquito repellents put in our rooms while we were out so our villa was all set up for bed when we got back. They were 5 star! It was fun for the kids having a private villa so us parents could go to the communal pool and have a drink in peace ?.

The bedroom is big and with a nice bed, comfortable and clean. The pool is right in front of the villas doors and a nice and quiet environment. Staff is very helpufull

The open bathroom is really nice but the door is a sliding one, not giving me loads of confidence for keeping mosquitos away.

The staff are SO friendly and helpful. Make you feel so safe and comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s just outside the hustle of Ubud but only a 10 minute walk to the main strip. I can’t explain how nice the service was! Will definitely be back when we return to Bali

The property was very nice, so were the staff and the room was modern. Really enjoyed the stay on that part. Was a nice looking pool. Breakfast was the same everyday but all food was tasty with some traditional Indonesian breakfast dishes and some universal.

It was not walking distance to Ubud Centre (Palace) unfortunately however taxis are very cheap here. On the second night of my stay, the tap was full of electricity and both the water and the tap electrocuted me- this seemed quite dangerous but the staff were very helpful and fixed it when I got back. Obviously these were circumstances that don’t apply to every stay, just thought I would be honest.
