Tetirah Boutique Hotel

The room was exceptional, and the one I stayed in had the best location at the end of the row on the first floor. It had a view of the garden and the pool from the balcony. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. It had a good workspace with a power point, which was handy. The pool was nice, but I didn't use it as I was out most days. The breakfast was simple. The WIFI was fast. It is a lovely compound, quiet and away from the busy centre, but only a ten-minute walk away. There are some great restaurants on the same street. They provide filtered water and a great tea station in the room, including a big jug to bring filtered water up from the restaurant. The staff are lovely! They always said hi and asked about my day. I felt very comfortable and safe staying there alone.

The breakfast wasn't great for gluten-free options, and it wasn't as healthy as I'd like. It was fine for the few mornings I did eat there. A couple of times, my balcony door wasn't locked after housekeeping had been in. I mentioned this to the staff, and it was rectified. They were very apologetic.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Bali. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to many attractions while still being calm and peaceful.

The room was simply decorated, enogh space to move around with a walker.

Breakfast should have more options. By the price charged they offer quite few amount of food and not many options.

The hotel was clean and peaceful. They kindly organised a birthday surprise in my room with my family.

I booked 3 pool view rooms to celebrate my birthday and was disappointed to receive only 2 pool views and 1 balcony room. I had hoped for all of us to be together for the occasion, but I chose not to make a fuss at the time.However, what really upset me was being charged for a replacement key on our second day after it snapped in the lock. The key was already faulty, and although the door was fixed, it’s unfair to be held responsible for something that clearly wasn’t caused by us. It’s not about the money—it’s about being blamed for an issue that was not our fault.I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you ensure all keys are properly checked before handing them to guests.

Breakfast could be improved , but good setup for a busy day without having to go out ( sourdough mentioned , but actually just white slice bread )

The room size

The location is near farms, you won’t be able to sleep at all because there’s 0 noise cancellations, you can hear every step and noise from others plus there’s roasters and dogs that will keep you awake all night. The walls of the hotel as if they are made of paper you can hear every step every noise from the other rooms. Don’t get me started about the breakfast it’s terrible.

A bit dated, not enough towels

The place is located near Ubud palace and nearby all shopping and sightseeing places. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay here with family. Will strongly recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful and the pool is fantastic. We were originally in one room that was incredibly noisy due to a neighbouring rehearsal and the AC was broken, but they hotel kindly moved us to another room very quickly. The second room was lovely and quiet with great AC. The facilities were great and clean.

On the first night we left our shoes outside (because we've seen hotel staff do so), and unfortunately one of my sister's sneakers got stolen, as we found out later - by a dog. And right before our trekking to a volcano to see the sunrise, so she had to basically wear slippers. We were told that this had never happened before. This did worsen an otherwise great experience, but at least we've got the security footage to remember it by ?

Staff was friendly and it was possible to arrange a trekking trip to Mount Barut via reception.

Noise of rooster went on and on... for hours. A bit expensive compared to other hotels.

We loved the cleanliness of the room.Room was large.Staff were welcoming and extremely friendly.Pool was large and nice; secluded also.There is an outside balcony which was a nice touch.Reasonably close to the main hub of Ubud.Reasonably priced $I would recommend.

The staff were friendly and on hand to assist.

No consistent running water for two days (this affected several rooms), which obviously meant no use of the shower, taps or toilet I. the rooms. Initially I was offered 50% off breakfast for the inconvenience which seemed mildly insulting. I agreed to 15% and breakfast included but the compensation was not particularly adequate. The hotel also attracted a group of very loud, annoying European girls who had little regard for anyone else staying there. Ultimately I regretted booking this accommodation.

The hotel located to some type of chicken farm and the chickens making so much noise it’s impossible to sleep, they wake up at 4 am I used the earplug and it wasn’t helpful! I wish they made windows more noise protective
